They don’t answer their phone. If you are lucky, someone picks up, laughs and puts you on hold. Then they say still don’t pick up. Automation does not benefit the customer, just provides the employees more time to do nothing

They don’t provide a phone number. Call the 1-800 number and they say they don’t even have a number. They deliberately circumvent the customer from contacting them and that’s piss poor
