“This place is hidden in plain sight! I've driven by this antique store dozens of times, I've probably looked right at it and thought nothing of it even though my wife and I go to antique stores and flea markets often. I've been twice, both times we've been welcomed in and had a great experience. It's deceptively big inside as well, with a ton of great store as you snake your way through the various booths and areas.I'd absolutely recommend stopping by this location if you're into antique stores.”

“Deb has an amazing shop ! And is an amazing person . She shared with me so many tips and tricks on how to use Annie Sloans paints. I can’t wait to get started on my first project. She offers IOD transfers, Decoupage paper ! And much more !
Thanks again Deb for everything!”

“Everyone needs to at least visit once and you'll return many times! The owners are so nice and love to talk and make you feel right at home! You can find a lot of antiques and other goodies! They aren't expensive as some antiques shows in our area!”

“I have been an avid goodwill shopper for 25years....and I stopped by this one while visiting downtown Clarksville. I had so much fun looking for treasures that I was in there for about an hour. This is definitely one of the better ones that I've been to in quite along time. The prices were reasonable and the staff very nice and helpful. There was a really long checkout line but I didn't really mind.”

“I arrived this morning right at opening, and was cheerfully greeted by Harper. She asked if I was familiar with the store, and I told her I was excited to be there as my sweetheart had gifted me a shopping spree. I set off for the atletic wear as it has been a few years since I've had "new to me" clothing. This was a big deal for me today, not to mention a treat I have looked forward to for some time.
I went to work gathering armloads of tanktops and leggings, and Chelsea kindly offered to "start/save a changing room for me" and took everything away so I could keep shopping. I was so happy that they had changing rooms, and when I went back to change, Chelsea had my name written on the door and everything hanging inside. I was in and out three times, and all the while she is right there to assist, but giving me plenty of space. It isn't often that I spend any amount of time in any particular store as I don't like crowds or employees that lurk around and make you uncomfortable. The entire experience from the time I entered the store until I left was above and beyond fantastic. Harper and her staff were kind, helpful, patient and refreshingly happy in their work. Plato's Closet is the shining example of why we should ALL be supporting local businesses.”

“A very clean and organized store. 85% of the store is clothing. I took off a star because the shoe and infant/children’s clothing sections specifically are organized by color, not by sizes. Which makes finding the size you’re looking for very hard.”

“My favorite thrift store in Clarksville. The staff is always very friendly and outgoing, especially Miss Jackie. She is absolutely wonderful, and helpful, all the time. My 95 year-old mother (another Jackie) loves it here, and it is very spacious for her to move around. We always get a good buy when we visit.”

“By far one of the best ouc ive been too, very well organised and fairly decent selection, we sell clothes often here, the staff was friendly, and not too busy. However some of the clothes they hang are not always in the best shape, which makes me question how they select clothes from sellers, especially jammies. Either way well be returning.”
