Despite the lines, the workers here always greet people with a smile and are eager to help everyone no matter what they have going on. They're always super friendly with a smile. Frankly, with this location being as small as it is in such a busy area, it gets really crowded really fast. They always have patience and are super kind with smiles and playful conversations.

My orange New Balance 574 never made it back for my refund it's been 3 weeks. My sister never her package never was returned it was a watch. Make sure you package your stuff to cover it up before you take it here. I've NEVER had this problem at the Wilma Rudolph store! I just find it strange that stuff is coming up missing. Keep all of your return receipts.

it cost over $ 60 for shiping from 37042 to 42431. package is 27 lb. and 15 x15×15 inch in dimension. was told thats cheapest way. i thought it only cost around 30。 i donno. could someone let me know is true?

Every single time I go into this location the employees are so friendly. Yesterday I went in with a shipping issue for a return to vendor. They went above and beyond, in my opinion, to help me get it sent back.

The employees! One gentleman opened the door for me as he was coming into work,not clocked in yet. Then there was Latrice, she is the picture of customer satisfaction, she is the reason people feel comfortable, she is someone who needs to be kept at all costs. This women went above and beyond what I’d imagine her job is and she did it with enthusiasm.

The professionals take over the packing and shipping details so I don’t have to. They’ve successfully packed & shipped many fragile & cumbersome items for me. They have the proper tools & materials, such as various box sizes, bubble wrap, glass cover, and the ability to custom-fit boxes to contents. Christina, Nicole, Lavonte & Kenisha are all very friendly, professional and competent.
