The employees will do everything to not sell a USPS label. Even though they have USPS shipping and pickup advertised on their website and store. If you bring in a USPS drop off they will deny you and say they do not accept USPS labels. If you call and ask the store they say yes absolutely they accept but when you arrive to the store they say absolutely no USPS at all.

Just had a car accident this past week. Been extremely stressful along with holiday stress. Had to send title to insurance company for a claim. The young lady in this store was so knowledgeable and helpful explaining how to use a link off my phone to print ticket off to send the package. Apologies I forget your name but thank you so much for your amazing hospitality and service. Thank you so much.

I watched Kat assist every caucasian customer at the self-service station. This station is new to me so I wasn't aware this is where you can drop off Amazon packages now. When I walked over, she just stood there while I tried to figure out how to use it. I can tell by her behavior that she wasn't interested in assisting me. I had to ask a few questions to confirm I was doing it correctly. It's 2023, black people aren't going anywhere. DO BETTER Kat!

I have no idea which UPS store the Woodlawn/dotsonville rd delivery driver is out of but I just want to say our delivery man is amazing. He is forever waving and smiling, when it rains he puts our packages in a bag, he leaves treats for our pups and we seriously are VERY appreciative of the long hours and kindness he puts in day to day!!

I spoken to someone at the store over the phone and asked about the tosh drop off. I asked the lady on the phone how long does it take to process those drop offs when someone comes in and does it on their own. It will take 20 days to process the shipping. I want clarification, if the process for return packages takes that long.

I am a business owner here in Clarksville, Tn. And more times than not, I’m shipping several boxes at a time.Nisha is my Go To Girl!! She’s always kind, up-beat and smiling. I can have 10 or 100 boxes and she treats me with the same respect and courtesy.Kellie, the store manager waited on me today and was most patient even tho the store was pretty full. She genuinely made me feel relaxed and even asked me about my business as she weighed and labeled my multiple shipments.Thank you, UPS on Madison St. Clarksville, TN for your southern hospitality in a world where it’s becoming more rare all the time.

My last UPS store experience (Springfield, Tn) was the absolute worst; I vowed to never use UPS ever again. 5 years later I had no choice but to use UPS for an unexpected shipping need....the ladies at the Madison St location were absolutely amazing. The entire experience was fast, friendly and efficient and I appreciate that. Thank you from a guy that normally always holds a grudge.

Yesterday for the first time coming into a store I’ve come to ship and/or return mostly from Amazon was waited on someone who needs some professional training on good customer service. I came in to return something I bought, had the label printed out and item in a large ziplock packaging clear bag and the lady told me you have to have it in a shipping package. Told her I would be back but wasn’t happy because I’ve returned other items before without. I came back in before leaving to make sure she knew it was from Amazon and wanted to show the shipping code that Amazon sent me. She asked me why I had an attitude. Perhaps she felt I did but I feel like she had the attitude. I went to the other UPs store and the lady explained it to me in a way that if she had did the same maybe she wouldn’t had thought I had an attitude. The other lady said that Amazon has made some changes and besides we want to make sure the product your sending will get back to the seller because it goes through many stops. Perhaps the lady I saw today should read the one yesterday how to talk about customers.

Great, excellent customer service. There is a lady there who always goes beyond her responsibility to help me. I’m 76 years old and return a lot of Amazon purchases… I’m always a little confused, or I don’t know the process etc. she has great patience and never makes me feel like I should know etc. She takes her time to take care of whatever I need.
