I originally made a reservation for a one-way rental from this location through the website and the quote I was provided was around $150. I got there to pick up the rental and the lady who is the manager there changed my reservation to an in-town rental. She had already taken close to 45 minutes to get the reservation completed and I didn't have the time to argue with her about it so I just let it go. Instead of it costing me $150, it ended up costing me $227.89, but again, I didn't have the time or energy to argue about it. I got an email for a survey and submitted the survey and simply said that because of this service, I would not recommend this location to a friend (a price increase of over 150% of what I'd originally been told it would cost is a good reason, right??). The manager just called me and wanted to know why I wouldn't recommend her UHaul services. I first told her I wasn't comfortable talking with her about it but she kept pushing. I told her the above information and she wanted to argue with me about it! I told her again that she could have her manager reach out to me to discuss it because I wasn't comfortable talking to her about it and she got argumentative! She told me she was the manager and she wanted to know why. She insisted a one-way trip would have cost me more and I told her again that the reservation quoted me around $150. She has been extremely nice but now I feel like I'm being harassed because I gave an honest review of this location.
