I have two boys one with extra wide feet and it is very difficult to find shoes that are comfortable for him. This was the forth store we had been to in the mall and the only store we received any kind of service in. The man who helped us genuinely cared about finding the perfect fit for our son. He found him the perfect fit and as stylish one at that. I would make this store your first stop for shoe shopping.

Came in for some insoles got sold on pair of running shoes plusthe insouls took the running shoes to the gym I don't like the way they felt came back to return them about four or five days later Guy asked me why I want to return them told him I didn't like them and just want the money back I was going to keep the insoles but not the shoes he looked at them couldn't find anything wrong with them asked me to wait took the shoes in the back where I couldn't see him brought The shoes backan now magically they're wet Said he can't do a return with them being wet and that they were not refundable and kept my receipt so I got a pair of running shoes that I don't like

Faith did a wonderful job many weeks ago showing me different shoes and being so nice that made me comeback today and I met Preston and Liz. Amazing Customer Service and such a great place to get your shoes. Thank you so much to such a great team !!!! Very happy with my purchase.

Awesome experience. The kids and I all got our shoe shopping done in less than an hour (we were expecting it to take all day.)Liz was very knowledgeable and the manager was entertaining my kids the whole time. Would absolutely recommending taking the whole family here it makes shoe shopping so much easier.

Wow!! My shoe collection just went up another notch. The selection at Tradehome is incredible. Most importantly, the service provided by Nic and Liz is always the best.
