After leaving the Hopkinsville location after being treated like garbage, from the manager no less, I went to this location and I was treated with respect, they even took me back to the employees only area where the ducks were kept and the gentleman let me look at them for 5 minutes straight until I decided which ones I wanted. Great experience!! The Hopkinsville Manager Sandy needs to get retrained by real customer service professionals like the Wilma Store has.

My trailer wheel broke on a trip to Clarksville. The staff that I encountered was amazing! I can't remember her name, but she is from New York and was the cashier at the time. After about 8 trips inside and out, she kept my spirits alive, given the circumstances. The other cashier, her vest said Joe lol, was also super helpful in looking for the correct item. Unfortunately, this store didn't have everything I needed and had to get locally at another store. But the staff was hands down the best.
The only issue I had was that there were a ton of dogs there for an event at the store. The chosen line was all in the section I was needing, and with 8 trips inside and out, saying "excuse me" to the same people was monotonous. BUT dogs and puppies. So still 5 stars
Excellent service and the store, given live animals all over, was very clean inside and out.
Keep being awesome team!

We had been looking for a better trailer hitch...we were hauling a load from TN to SD. We had stopped and called several places without getting any help. Nathan found what we needed and helped us get set up/switched around.

very bad experience talking about the employees I was looking for a type of food for my horse I couldn't find it in the containers so I looked for someone to help me I found a person named Grace who was very rude she told me yes no see it we don't have yes very bad experiences I hope they take action on the matter since I am a frequent customer

Super friendly stuff. Dylan helped me out to load my chicken food on the cart and was already waiting on the way out,just knew I would be needing help to load it in my car. Young woman on the register didn't get her name)was super friendly too.Great people and great service. Superb costumer service what else can you ask for

We went to look for pebbles for our garden. We looked around couldn't locate, we found two employees that were busy helping another customer, but one of them looked at me and I asked him where the pebbles would be. He did not hesitate to take me out front to look to see if there were any more left by the mulch. As he looked down and saw the remnants of the pebbles that used to be where the bags were, he said sorry we are out because here is where they pointing to the few pebbles that were on the ground. Oh well, even though they didn't have any pebbles for our garden, at least he was pleasant and helpful. They are always friendly at this TSC.
