Let's just say he was super generous when it came to the cost to get it off the lot when my insurance wouldn't cover the tow because "accidents don't get covered under roadside assitance." “This was my first time ever needing a tow. My clutch failed and I was stuck in a parking lot. The customer service was 10/10 and the woman I talked with was so kind and reassuring. She made me feel so much better about the process.
Tom was fantastic, he was personable and efficient. He actually made it to my car an hour earlier than they anticipated. I can't believe how quick the process was. Everything went great and they deserve all 5 stars! Very reasonable price as well for a Sunday night.”
“Super nice people. I called several shops if they can order and fix excel sterling spring but they said it will take them 2 -3 days to get truck in and order parts. So i found this shop and called them to see if they can order parts and how long it will take. They told me parts can get here next day and we can work on a truck soon as parts will arrive. Parts arrived earlier then expected and they fixed it with no problem . Happy we chose this shop.”

“My truck broke down at the top of my [long] driveway. I could squeeze a car through beside it but nothing larger. No propane delivery truck, Amazon truck, etc....could make it past. I needed my truck moved from the top of the driveway to the barn to be worked on. Not to mention....it was a Sunday. Bo's was able to come out in less than an hour, got the truck loaded [uphill] and moved with no problems. The driver was efficient, skilled, and friendly. Very reasonable price! I would definitely use them again!”
