Office is clean, appointment was on time, doctor and staff were kind, knowledgeable and friendly to my senior dog. Glad that we found a clinic that is good for my dog and close to our home too.

Booking an Appointment: Staff answered and helped right away and explained what service would be provided at first visit.
Appointment Reminders were sent via text which was extremely helpful.
Physical Appointment: The staff were attentive, the wait time could’ve been better. I arrived at 9:30 and didn’t get into a room until 10:30 which was a little disappointing but I realize things do happen. The staff did provide updates willing of how many were being seen before my pet and rooms were being cleaned up. They did apologize for the wait as well. The vet tech was very helpful, friendly and took down wonderful notes of everything I stated and any of my concerns. The veterinarian came in shortly after had a wonderful personality and attitude was very thorough. Expressed her concerns what I should do on my end and if I had any further questions/concerns.
They sent us home with a folder for me to keep all of my pets information in and it had helpful info and I really appreciated what was inside.

Very friendly and helpful! First time ever needing a vet and it was for a kitten I rescued from outside. They really made the process easy and comfortable! The only vet I will be using! And prices were definitely affordable!

Tiny Town Animal Clinic showed such compassion when our 15 year old girl crossed over to the rainbow bridge on Monday. They have taken such great care of her throughout her years and continue to care for our other 4 babies. There is someone I’d like to thank- her name is Liz! She hugged me and let me cry numerous times while we made arrangements for her. She could feel my heart break and even after closing would take the time to answer all our questions. She even called me to check on me and double checked what we wanted on her urn. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The tech we had brought our girl London a comforter to lay on and let us cry. I was so distraught- I didn’t get her name.
