I've been going to Medicine Shoppe on Madison St in Clarksville for over 20 yrs. These people in my opinion are the best pharmacist ever. They're like an extension on my Family. The kindness, sweetest, informative people you would ever want on your side. I care a great deal about each & everyone of them. JM???

yes I recommend completely. we are always friendly in Covington tn. we have great prices and lots of retail items . here to help you with all your medication needs . so come out and see us open Monday through Friday 10 to 6 and Saturday 10 to 1

Locally owned...prompt and dependable service...very knowledgeable...cares about their customers...gives back to the community...love all “extras” they have for sale inside the store..quick stop for cute and unique birthday, Christmas,etc. gifts.

Not real satisfied with Susan and the efforts she claims to have made- if I have to call my insurance company before I go out of town - and while I'm waiting on the phone Ms Susan gets the same call- maybe somebody should or could have said something more than "I'm just too busy to call them back because I ping the script and didn't run it and no it won't go thru- with out smiling at me like it's my problem - Hello! You got the call from united, you got the call from my doctor, and why I drove there 3 different times to do y'all's job I just don't get-together especially after my bank account gives several hundred dollars a month to you....there's nothing funny about this- so why a smart remark would come from her when I asked for script back just shows that customer service isn't a department- ITS AN ATTITUDE!

The Madison Street branch needs to update there webpage. Roger Greer's name still appears as one of the people in charge. Roger died quite a time ago.
