The office manager told me to stop talking and listen to him after I had already answered his questions twice. Then the price for services kept changing. No one told me prices until they did the service. They won’t see my animals anymore after I told the manager Brandon he wasn’t going to talk to me the way he did. I have 8 animals and they lost my business. All because of Brandon. Been with them for 5 years with no issues until now. One lady said that was just the way he was. Not ok and I will take my business somewhere else where I won’t be told to stop talking.

Had a really bad experience with them and boarding my dog. We dropped her off and she was perfectly healthy, even paid them to do tests on her to make sure. My dog contracted which they thought might be kennel cough (was told by vet that it was to early to tell if it was kennel cough or not), my dog started a horrible cough the night we brought her home. After several tests where ran, blood work and labs, they sent us home with a whopping charge and two things of antibiotics.

Absolutely recommend this vet! We had a emergency visit over the weekend and they were so fast to help us. They’re interest is in the well being of your pet. Will be our new clinic

the staff and doctors and vet assistants are very good with the animals. I put a muzzle on my dog because how she acts around strangers at the house but she has never growled at any of the staff at the Animal House she doesn't mind being around them...thank you for taking such good care of our animals
