If I could give 1 star I definitely would have. The female working the register on the right this afternoon seemed so bothered that I needed to check out. She was too into her phone. Very rude. What is wrong with people now days. Why work customer service if servicing customers irritates you that bad. No “how are you” or “have a good day” or anything. I just left without my change to keep the rude interaction as short as possible.

Friendly service, greeted happily as I walked through the door. They have a huge selection of everything that a gas station coincidence store would have. This store is very well kept and very clean.

Good management overall however,when management is not around and you're working with other employees they tend to slack off and put all the overflow on new employees which makes it, harder to learn and train not only that when you are new expect to do all the cleaning and I mean all the cleaning and stocking shelves and indoor cooler on your own. Don't expect help at night.

We had a flat tire and parked outside Sudden Service while awaiting a tow truck. While waiting an amazing employee, Barbara, not only was inviting and helpful to us making sure we had help on the way, but bought our two children Christmas presents from the toy section to help ease their wait. I cannot thank her enough for her kind gesture!

My family stopped at this gas station as we traveled from Georgia to Illinois. Friendly staff, normal conversation. Unfortunately, I left my wallet. I didn't realize it until 30 miles down the road. Based on the receipt for gas,I was able to call and they said it was there. I couldn't even remember what exit because we were just stopping to get gas and snacks. I called back and they gave me to exit number. When I got back NOTHING was missing from the wallet. They only opened it to check the ID. I want to say to anyone reading this there are good honest ladies working at this gas station and I pray for blessings for each one of them.

This gas station gets lots of customers and money and it has the most crappiest pumps in clarksville. Dirty, buttons missing, buttons dont work graphics peeled or broken.

I frequently visit this gas station, i come in through out the day. Every single time i come i am welcomed with smiles and great service. I am offered a wide variety of things. Samantha and her team are always friendly and helpful. I 100% love this place.

How difficult is it to ensure there is receipt paper at the pump? 9 times out of ten it never had paper.

This place is ridiculous .. I go in pay with my card for gas and then the pump don’t work I go back in and they say well it didn’t take the only Shula be back on you card and it not tho place is a scam they are taking people money and I will be filing a report on this place
