I took my CrossTrek in for oil change and tire rotation. I had pre paid for this service. When I got it back the steering wheel had some shake to it that wasn't there when I took it in. I called to find out that they don't balance them when they rotate them. For a service charge, I could take it in to find out what the problem could be. I don't recommend this company to anyone unless they just want to waste money. They will nickel and dime you to death

I had a great experience getting my car here! Julia is the absolute best, she gives you all the information you need and I can tell these people genuinely want to give you the best deal. Finance department is easy to work with as well, and they can and will explain every charge and tell you what is worth your money and what isn't. Charlsie also was amazing! She went through the ins and outs of my car with me after I purchased it and taught me shortcuts and everything about my car and gave me a $25 gas card! The store is super responsive, and even let me know my car arrived 7 days earlier than scheduled. They also routinely check in and send offers for free oil changes and tire rotations as well as discounts.

This dealership and it's service department are not good. We have owned 3 subarus. Had an appointment to get my vehicle's 10,000 mile service done at this dealership. 2 hrs and 45 mins later it was not even started. 11/2 - 2 yrs ago a new fan motor was ordered for the heated front seat, still no status on it (it was supposedly ordered prior to the current shortage), at that time they were also made aware of a problem with the heated stearing wheel which, again, they were going to check into, still no status. We purchased our first subaru from a fantastic dealership in Fayetteville, NC. The second one we purchased from this dealership, it was not a pleasant experience. When we decided to purchase a different subaru, we contacted the dealership we dealt with in North Carolina and they gave us a significantly better deal and included driving it to us here in Tennessee. If you are looking for a new subaru, contact Cross Creek Subaru in Fayetteville, North Carolina instead of dealing with this dealership. I will be driving at least an hour out of my way from now on to get my vehicled serviced rather than deal with this particular dealership again.

Just moved to Clarksville and in need of two vehicles (new and pre-owned). Found the best service with Wyatt Johnson Subaru. Not only did they have the largest inventory, but our salesperson Sierra Molloy was very knowledgeable of the inventory and delivers it with professional etiquette. Our two sales managers James (new vehicle) and Tim (pre-owned, supported by general manager Willie) were professional and accommodating. Lastly in their finance department, Daniel and Kera presented to us in detail all the available options for finance and warranty packages provided by the dealership. Highly recommend and keep up the great work team!!

I didn't purchase my Subaru at this location and this is the first time I have used them for service for my Subaru. We have had our Kia serviced with Wyatt Johnson in the past and it was a hit or miss experience. My Positives: I took my Subaru Forrester in today for a recall on the brake system and spring coils. I also had them replace the rear windshield wiper, since that is a Subaru only part. Marvin checked me in, texted me with an update, and called me when the repair was completed. This guy was really overly great and helpful in the process. He was spot on, almost to the minute, of how long it would take to get the repair done. My critiques: When I initially called to schedule the repair I was a bit turned off by the person on the phone (don't recall her name) because I have a 1hr 45min drive to the dealership and asked about the time-frame of the repair. I was told I would have to ask when I showed up at the dealership. Typically dealerships will quote me the "billable labor hours" of the repair, which at least gives some indication of the overall time. When I got in my car it smelled like cigarette smoke. As I have asthma, I'm overly sensitive to smokers and this was a bit of a turn-off.

Spent over $300 for "two" inspections and they made me wait over a month to get an appointment to service my Subaru. This business is pretty large and obviously takes advantage of service members. I would avoid them if you can.9
