It stays clean, TV in the front stays on important games or news all the time, and the staff is amazing!! They are friendly and willing to help. I go at night before 7pm, and Carol is always working, and she is tough, to the point, but super friendly. The machines are quality and the dryers dry your clothes super fast. I like going here.

The lady running the place the night we visited was so incredibly friendly and helpful!! Our washer has been out for a week so we weren't exactly enthused about hauling our weeks worth of laundry (a family of 5 ??) to the Laundromat but were ultimately very pleased with the experience. Her kindness and conversation was refreshing and turned our night around! Also, the "big jamma" washers were only $9 here which is $1 cheaper than other mats I've been to in the past and you get 6 mins of drying per 25¢ which is great also!

I’ve been coming here to do my laundry for a while and never really had any issues until today. I usually get along great with the staff and it really sucks that I have to write this review. But… I’ve used these washers and know the limits, first off. One of the washers unfortunately didn’t do the final spin, okay no worries I’ll just dry them longer (btw it took twice as long if not longer than I normally dry them spending more $$ of course). I’m not complaining about that. But I wanted to make sure somebody else didn’t have the same issue so I went up to tell the lady working out of courtesy. And what did she tell me? It’s my fault. I put too much in the washer. There was no, “oh I’m so sorry ma’am I’ll take care of it or thank you for letting me know or anything.” She just argued with me. Like lady, I don’t care about the soaked clothes but somebody else may and I wanted to make sure it didn’t happen to the next person to use that washer. Like I said before I’ve washed my clothes here for a while and know the limits. That’s why I split up my 2 loads into 4 washers. The other 3 had the same amount of clothes in them and had no issues. So why did the washer that did have issues happen to be my fault.!? I hate to say this but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. I’ve worked in customer service for years and that is not how you talk to the people coming in spending their hard worked money at your establishment. I don’t care if it may be the customers fault or you think that it is you don’t tell them that especially when they are being perfectly polite and concerned about the quality of your establishment. I didn’t have to say anything but I did thinking that I was helping the next person. Oh well I guess it really doesn’t matter. People will learn I guess.

The customer service by one of their attendant is absolutely ridiculous and horrible. The older brunette lady with glasses. She is rude and talks reckless about customers that come here to spend their money. Her attitude is nasty and she is disrespectful. This will be my first and last time coming here. I have never witnessed such disrespect from someone at their job. If she doesn’t like working there she needs to find something else because I am definitely surprised that the person held their composure and didn’t slap fire from her face the way she talks to people… they have definitely lost a customer. On top of washer 41 requires 10.00 to wash. The machine took my money and the lady asked if the door was closed I said yes and she said it wasn’t if it took your money. No sorry for the inconvenience nothing and definitely didn’t refund my money.

Brand new to the area and haven't gotten our washer and dryer yet. Looked around and saw this place with a handful of decent reviews and it was close by. Let me tell you, this place is atrocious. The sewage smell people complain about is accurate, it reeks. Againt my better judgment we went in and was told that they weigh the clothes and we would be charged by the pound. They took my laundry baskets and weighed them too. I asked if the baskets were going to be counted and the woman (older, Grey hair, reeks of cigarettes) said "well they don't add more than a pound". Fine. Despite the fact that it definitely adds up, but we move on.My girl then says "do you take credit?" To which the same woman responded "yeah, and a tip would be nice."I don't know about you, but I always tip for exceptional service and I tip well... at the conclusion of the service. As we now have taken everything in to be washed and are leaving, the woman then says "if anything is inside out, I'm going to wash and fold it that way!" With other things to do, we left uneventfully. So we return today, the human cigarette is nowhere to be seen. We come in, we talk with a much nicer lady (hence the 50/50 reviews, I'd wager) and we get our clothes. As we're taking our clothes off the counter, who should round the corner, cigarette in hand? You guessed it!She makes comments about how she is the one that folded our clothes (great, they all reek of smoke) and that next time she won't be so nice to turn them right-side in. As though I would ever contemplate ever going back... hello? As we are pulling away, the cigarette woman began pointing and yelling, but by that time it was done, no sense in engaging that kind of person.I am from New York. I've seen nasty customer service. This woman? She belongs in a fighting pit, not dealing with the public. Do yourself a favor, stay AWAY from this miserable woman unless you are looking for a fight.

Was spoken to wrongly. I understood what you were telling me about my covers; however, 1: I know how to use the machines, so they won't knock around, 2: None of the covers have heavy batting, actually one was a coverlet.Learn how to speak to other women, like you'd speak to men or your grandbabies. Or, how you'd want to be approached.

Showed up at 7 PM to wash & dry a comforter tonight. I asked if I had time to do so (I have a bulky king size) because I checked, closing time was at 9 & I was being considerate. I was informed that I did. Last load goes in by 7:30. The lady working was so nice & polite. She helped me with everything & even helped me shake out my king size comforter to adjust it during drying! During the hour & a few that I was there, I witnessed her spraying & wiping stuff down, sweeping & mopping the entire place. I enjoyed our conversations & I enjoyed that she took pride in help keeping the place clean. And my comforter smells nice!

There are 2 other laundromats. Do not go here. These people have a basket fetish. I would put the basket in front of the washer to use, walk away, and the workers would take it. There was only 1 other person in there. Put it in front of the dryer to fold, walk away, come back, gone again. And they're staring at you like they want a fistfight. Jees...it's a laundromat! Go somewhere else.

Very clean. A little more expensive than I'm use to. Disappointed there is no bathroom. Going down the street is not convent. Lady was a little rude when I asked about it. Machines seemed to do a good job. Will probably use this laundry mat again.
