I have been asking Beth King Phillips for AT LEAST 5 years to remove me from her email list. She absolutely refuses to do it.This is a bad company to work with, they ended up cause of most of the issues I had when closing on my house and they ended up costing me money because they were incapable of underwriting in a timely... read full comment

Beth King was incredible to work with. She is tenacious about getting work done for her customers. She took what seemed like an impossible situation and made it possible! She also communicated with us regularly throughout the process. I’d work with her anytime!
