Very over priced and low quality. Watch out for the fine print in their warranty. Poor craftsmanship and service. Our $5000 bed has completely fallen apart and they want us to pay 500 dollars for their "amazing warranty" Stay far away from sleep number.

The salesperson was very polite, gave my wife and I a complete demo of the 2 beds we were interested in, and very knowledgeable on answering or questions/concerns about the bed. Would recommend this place.

I visited the Sleep Number store in Clarksville, TN last week to check out the sale. Tabitha is my sales person…I can’t say enough about Tabitha. She is so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products. She was so patient with me as I tried out several of the models available in the store. I am anxiety waiting on my bed to be delivered. I highly recommend visiting Tabitha at the Clarksville store now….and tell her I sent you.

Great experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable, but not pushy. Also, pointed out other contingencies we hadn't thought of. A bonus was that he was also personable.

The Sales associate was courteous and helpful revealing all the features of the Sleep Number bed. We became alarmed when after we decided to make the purchase, it was revealed to us that we had to pay a $250 set-up, handling and delivery fee, that cost NEVER was revealed in your advertisement, and an additional $49 removal of old matress fee.All your competitors provided $0 cost for handling, set-up, delivery and removal of the old mattress.We continued in our purchase because family members who experienced the high quality of your Sleep Number products.It is our position that you advertised a great sale, but dampened our enthusiasm with the $250 fee.

the clarksville store doesn't tell their customers that the base is not refundable, they tell you can return the bed before 100 nights if not happy with the bed, i wouldn't recommend buying anything from jeff at the clarksville, in store he doesn't tell you everything then you stuck and when you call and talk to him he says ole well sometimes I forgot to tell the customers they don't get refund, will never buy anything from sleep number

Customer service is the worst. The young lady there was no help. As a customer, I expected to let her know what I was looking for in a mattress and in turn for her to suggest the best one to fit my needs. Instead, I felt like I was being quizzed on my knowledge about different types of mattresses. How about asking me about my preferences; firm, medium, etc. Ask me the basic questions that would give her ideas on what might work for me and my husband. She was not personable at all and everything that came out of her mouth sounded scripted. I really hope that she was just having an off day. Overall, I was left feeling uncomfortable. Needless to say, we left and went straight to Mattress Firm with much better customer service and with a staff who was very personable and knowledgeable. We spent so much more than we planned on spending, but I'm glad to have given my money to a business that takes great care of their customers and makes them feel comfortable from start to finish.

I didn't even get my bed. They took my information and said its being sent. I said no. They said too late. I told them you dont even have my bank info. They said we dont need it. You just have a credit card now. So even thow i told them not to posses. They did it anyway. The person i talked to , Michelle, put me on the phone with the supervisor. I didn't get her name. She said too bad. Its too late. Clarksville Tennessee

We bought our bed in May and still have not received it! We have been rescheduled 4 times already and it is supposedly due to supply chain issues, well how about you don't sell beds that you don't have in stock.. we were told it was in stock and now they don't have our product. So now I am worried that if anything is wrong with it when it arrives then I am just out of luck because they don't have any in stock to replace it. Starting to think that for the money it costs and the wasted time this bed may not be worth the hype.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Absolutely the worst choice we have made. When we bought the mattress and base in Clarksville they really didn’t provide great information. Just trying to make that sale. We understood that they were returnable within the first 30 day in home trial. Well that’s false. The mattress is returnable but the $3500-$4000 base is NOT returnable. (Really check that fine print because it states Flexfit adjustable bases are not part of the home trial. That includes ALL Flexfit according to their customer service. Again we thought for the first 30 days you could return all). From what I have read on previous reviews, you don’t need even need it. The mattress always moved around and made clanking noise. I felt like I slept worse on the mattresses than I did on the couch. We had a different remote sent from Sleep Number that is supposed to adjust the base by itself because if you don’t have the mattress you can’t use the app. We had someone come get the mattresses and they really didn’t know anything about the product and couldn’t provide us any information about the remote. They were a 3rd party company that just tossed the mattresses in the back of a box truck. Didn’t wrap them or anything. We weren’t able to pair the bed to the mattress and had to call the company again. They tried helping and said that the remote could be bad and are sending another one and a technician. We could be stuck with a base that cost $4000.00 and can’t use it. Terrible product and company that scam people.

My experience in the store was great. Cody was very helpful. I've been wanting a sleep # for quite awhile and look forward to my delivery day. I'll update my review once I receive the bed.

Beware!!! We feel completely scammed!!! If you buy a base it’s not returnable and it’s an OPTIONAL upgrade! You don’t have to buy their $5,000 bases, which ours stopped working properly within 10 days of bed being delivered, but your stuck with it and the rude customer service phone people who hang up on you, put you back in the hold que and are extremely rude to you like saying “if you’ll stop talking I might help you” but again, this warning is about the bases, they are NOT returnable and you DON’T even need them, which was never explained to us and completely useless if you don’t have a sleep number bed as they are split bases with holes for your sleep number bed to hook into, and no foot bar area to keep another mattress on it, so I’m not even sure how this would be possible to use with any other bed!! Again, YOU DON’T HAVE TO BUY THE BASES!! Apparently their beds work without the bases!!
