This was my first visiting the store and honestly it's not very welcoming. I noticed others were acknowledged when they walked in the store but I didn't get that same attention. I'm not saying I was ignored, there was an older gentleman that hovered and paced around me the whole time I was there. Didn't ask if I needed assistance or anything. I gave three stars because the woman who checked me out was nice and I found what I was looking for.

I bought a pair of men's pumas, drove over 2.5 hours home, only to realize I got 2 RIGHT shoes. Do employees not check the shoes anymore? When I contacted the store number, it told me that they aren't accepting calls at the moment. And when I called the 800 number, the lady apologized, and told me that the left shoe would be mailed to me with a shipping label to mail one of the right shoes back to the store. Iy's been almost a month and I have yet to recieve anything in the mail. Customer service is just straight up TRASH.

I picked out two different pairs of shoes and neither had the right mate with it and the mate was nowhere in the store.Someone out there has two left Nike slides and a size 9 and a size 11 boot as a pair!
