“The line was short, and the workers were very efficient. I chose this location because it was closest to the road where I was driving. The store has a lot to offer as far as shipping, packing, and other office related functions. The employee, Max, was very helpful and efficient with processing my shipment. There is no self-serve kiosk, which would be a nice enhancement in the future.”
“I think this is the place that I called on that telephone on Wilma Rudolph here in Clarksville and if so a young lady by the name of Carol took care of me and helped me find where I needed to go if it's not the place on Wilma Rudolph it is the place on I forgot the name but it's off of Dunbar cave and they're a young lady by the name of Sadie waited on me they were getting ready to close they had just a few minutes I had a package there she and a few of the people in the back went and found it and they are the best just like Carol on Wilma Rudolph FedEx needs more people like them and I think they're all very much”

“Went to this location after my next day air package containing my passport was delayed due to weather. It was supposed to be delivered Friday but was delayed until Monday, but I was leaving Sunday for an international trip. I went into the customer center and the employee were doing all they could to help people but the other customers were completely unprofessional. The employees maintained their professionalism and were able to get my passport delivered Saturday morning. Many people that leave the negative reviews are completely unreasonable. This location goes through tens of thousands of packages a day and customers should be understanding of that. Thank you again to this staff and all the hard work they do to help people out! Truly go above and beyond!”
