Would have been a 5, but staff was rude and unprofessional. I was having stomach cramps so in the restroom a longer time than usual. While in the stall, an employee propped the door open for cleaning, leaving me open to the public. She didn't say anything, ask if I'd be a while or even announce she was an employee. Restroom is right by checkout at front of the store. Then when I washed my hands and used hand dryer I ended up with grit on my hands. I rinsed them again and shook to dry, on my way out I saw hand towels on the checkout stand, so I grabbed one. The employee waiting to clean the restroom made a rude comment about them having hand dryers. I explained about the grit to her and the other cashier, both acted like I was an idiot. The cashier was not courteous at all when I paid for my drink. Otherwise, store was clean.

It is currently 3:43AM on Tuesday, 15 August 2023. The employee inside has locked the doors and is telling people that they are closed until 0400. Interesting considering he is telling people this through a glass window that clearly states "24hrs/7days open". I have watched at least 12 people be turned away in the past 15 min. This does not align with corporate expectations. Please have this fixed asap.

Please train your employees and give them the funds to take cash. The first thing the employee did was charge me twice for a twin pack of slim Jim's. 4.00 twice. I tried to explain how wrong that was but that is what they do here. Then, after adding my gas, the total was almost 87 dollars. I pull out a 100 dollar bill and he freezes. Says he can't break it. I tell him, you realize you will be giving back just 13 dollars, right. He said again, he doesn't have the money to break it. So I pull out my other cash and begin counting out the money. He then panics and says he needs to call his manager. I was frustrated enough I just pulled out my debit card and paid that way.

I've been to this location several times and they're always somewhat clean and the coffee station as always running low on sugars and creamers and people like to loiter a lot smoking and in the back drinking

Although there is a sign stating masks are required, one employee had a mask below her nose and the other no mask at all. Multiple patrons entered with no mask either. ?

My family and I passed through on our way back from vacation. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Manager Crystal also went above and beyond to get my phone back to me after I had left it there. You are greatly appreciated!!

Most disgusting bathroom I've ever been in. And the soap dispenser was broken and you couldn't even wash your hands.
