Employees want to make remarks about customers, enough to make one girl cry. Also seen multiple times smoking at the gas pumps. I will be updating with a photo the next time I see it. It’s been multiple times now.

I just fueled my motorcycle here using Fuel Rewards. Station was clean. Several people going inside for morning snacks. Landscapers had just arrived to trim the hedges and grass.

There are genuine good people out there. I was on lunch earlier and had a rough day. Long story short I locked my keys in my car at the shell gas station on Madison st. Across from Walgreens. I was panicking called roadside an they said a dispatch would have to get back with me (mind you I had 25mins to get back to work)! I exhausted everything so I just sat down an cried (you know when the world is on your shoulders an you just have to let it out). A older gentleman pulled up behind me saw me upset & I didn’t catch your name but whoever you were (in a 2015 or newer white Chevy truck with work stuff in the back cab) that got into my car to get me back to work in time for me to not be late for lunch…..Thank you! You have no idea how much it meant to me! God sees all an he will bless you!

2 employees were standing at the pumps, store 1963, smoking cigarettes. I brought it up to the girl inside and she said there was nowhere else to smoke. I pointed to where cars Parkes, around the corner from pumps, she didn't care. I'm hoping to reach HQ about this issue.
