The Indian man at the university package store thinks people of color like banana fruit like monkeys.. very rude, don’t come here. Food truck outside is delicious! And my wife has been in there before and she said that he made her feel uneasy.. this man does not deserve your business

Horrible customer service I purchased a 1600 Puff Bar I should've known it was a problem when he asked me to make sure it works. It did but 6 puffs later it was empty. I had my receipt as well as bank statement he didn't even offer to exchange my item. I was threatened with the police. Than told me I am not welcome in your store. How can you have a business where your selling another company product if it is defective you don't wanna replace the item.

I live in the neighborhood me and my husband come here practically every day .. for like 2 years everybody in the store knew and liked us .. i love how close it is to me, if I want something I can just hop in the car and drive around the corner for a quick fix. BUT NOT TODAY , i was so hungry ready to have my first meal of the day .. i came in this afternoon to just have my brunch with the items in here cause i didn't feel like cooking at home .. i grabbed a few things, i wanted something fulfilling so i chanced one of their sandwiches i tried looking for the expiration date and it wasn't very clear at all the numbers were like 20 13 so i just got it and I went up there. morning shift Guy with the glasses and a young man was up there. glasses guy was taking a lottery order while i went with younger guy .. i asked him what the expiration date to the sandwich was and glasses guy tells me after 1 week they take items out .. it still didn't answer my question though because the numbers 2 0 13 were on there .. so i was just going to put it back and he tells me with a different tone in voice "if you don't want it then you don't have to buy it" and so i kind of ticked my head back as to show him how he talked to me was Pretty rude , i went to go put the sandwich back while telling him "you didn't have to talk to me like that" he then continues to justify why he said that to me so I raised my voice at him repeating he didnt need to talk to me like that .. all i told him was "that's okay since you said that i won't buy it I'll just get the stuff I have here" .. "continue with your customer" .. then he proceeds to take the stuff and tells me I need to leave the store .. i had another irritation with this same guy i needed air for my tires i kept going back and forth with my car to the machine and the parking space cause he told me it worked when it didn't, he wouldn't even give me my quarters he was never clear if it worked or not when he checked it either he inconvenienced me so much that time but since we had many days that were so good and nice i didn't look back on it .. he was always very welcoming to me and talked with me , he always complimented me .. this guy with the glasses was very Rude to me and shouldn't tell his customers if they don't want to buy something, not to buy it .. i asked for the manager and he said he was .. i told him this store is very convenient to me and that he can't just talk to people the way he talked to me he told me to stop bothering his customers when I was trying to defend myself by telling him about his error. I told him this was his error. he said have a nice day as i was leaving and I stopped at the door and told him I couldn't have a nice day because he spoke to me badly . Sir if you're reading this , You need to come correct. you can't tell someone not to buy something if they don't wanna buy it , you defeat your own purpose of making money and having people tell you you're a Good person. cause a stranger would definitely say you are not a Good person.

I always have very friendly service here. There is a great selection of beverages and snacks. It is in a rougher part of town but everyone who works here is great. Ive also never had a problem with their gas. Sounds like the person accusing them of having watered down gas is a tad racist.
