“The facilities are good. I used this storage unit when it was under the previous management. Within a year after Top Storage took over, rent almost doubled. It has fully doubled now, just 2 or 3 years after they took over. That was really disappointing. But overall, it is a good facility and well located.”

“I know one can wonder what you can say about a storage unit. I know it holds stuff right? However, there is much to say about the company that rents the units. First of all I have used various other companies but this one here I have utilized with my family for 3 years or so. We have never had any problems with vermin’s or any other insects. The area is secure, remains clean, in a great location and the people who run the place are beyond just super nice and caring. They even were kind enough to contact us during severe weather if the gate system was down or to inform us that the units were all secure and no damage had taken place within or around the units. Because of major personal issues we had within our family they helped us by contacting us to let us know they understood the circumstances and they rendered aide. “It was fast, but I don't like the pressure tactic of trying to lock you into a contract for the same day :-( so research other units before you stop in. Then you have to get insurance on top of the rental fee. Trina was great though.”
