Harley came out and did my Cumberland Connect install today. That was a fantastic experience. On time! Knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly and tidy. Great work and professional spirit. She is the backbone of your company! Proud to say that Cumberland Electric is my service provider for internet and Enter Source hooked it up. Thank you again Harley. Nice to see someone enjoy the job and laugh and smile while you’re doing it.

Management does not care about administration. The techs get paid substantially more and are treated way better with much more leeway if they make a mistake. Admins would get immediately written up if you did anything wrong. Admins are expected to begin a project without guidance and was always told you'll figure it out. There was no implementation dates when they roll out new ways of performing your job. Just don't expect this company to have it together. You have to have it together for them as the managers couldn't do the admin jobs properly if they tried.

Had to have Att come out to my house because entersource ignored tennessee dig laws and installed my neighbors Cemc Cumberland connect and cut right through my fiber optic. They also cut through my neighbors irrigation line as well. They also marked my gas lines with orange paint. All they had to do was call 811. Thanks for making me not have internet.

The building was nearly empty, no parts available and he won't order any. He wouldn't call other offices to see if they had the part I need. He didn't have the phone number for customer service, I had to Google it. I still don't have the part I need, I have to go to Dickson or Nashville and hope they have it.
