Do not take yoir chameleon here. Brought my jacksons chameleon this week- waited 8 hours. Told me nothing was wrong. He got worse. Took him to a different vet that told me he has respiratory infection and parasites. He died. If this vet had just done a proper examination he would be alive. His orange stool which was an indicator? They said his roaches are eating carrots and that's why his urates were orange. Stay far far away.

Very thorough, no doubt about that, but our pups are always taken care of. I like the stories to the pets they’ve helped and have adopted (they have a cute notebook telling you the stories.) they have a cute clinic cat that is fun to hang out with, too. Our vet Mrs. S has definitely earned our trust and she’s laid out allllllll options, which I appreciate. Thanks Sango vet!

We had a concern with one of our pets of 11 years. He was having difficulty breathing and a constant cough. When we called at 8 am, we were told to come right in. They immediately took our Scooter in to learn they were treating him for CHF. They were very honest yet hopeful with us giving us options to consider and answering our questions. We are grateful. Scooter improved with time spent at Sango Vet. We even smiled quite a lot when we were told we could get him a little earlier than we thought because Julie was caring him around the office since he is so spoiled and did not like the kennel. You cannot be any more compassionate than that as a professional, Sango Vet Hospital, Dr. Jen, and Julie, for our furry family members. We say a big thank you to Dr. Jen, Julie, and all the stall of Sango Vet for the support and kindness shown with our Scooter. You do what you do for a reason. ?

The staff are always so outgoing and friendly, but also very professional. I have taken all my fur babies to Sango Vet since I moved to Clarksville in 2016. You could not find better care for your pets anywhere else in Clarksville.

The vets and techs from the back are great, pleasant. The front desk clerks ignore you when you enter. I have to speak up, there’s no hello, welcome, no eye contact. We’ve used them for a year now. We’ve had dentals on two pets, tumors removed, new kitten spay, shots and health concerns. As soon as you leave you get emails for more services needed. More exam costs. I’m done with the rude receptionist. We’re just in their way, sorry our pet has an appointment and you’re too busy for that.I’ve spent thousands to be treated rudely. DONE!

Y’all I have never in my life wrote a negative review…I am a very easy person to please. But yesterday I had the absolute worst experience with a vet. My sweet rescue got dropped off from the pound straight to Sango Veterinary Hospital to get spayed. No one called me with an update, no one called me to say her surgery went well, no one called to give me an update on tests preformed, I had to call to find out when I needed to pick her up. When I get there I look at my print out of my receipt, says she has fleas and hookworm. Well no one called me to let me know she had any of that? I would have prepared my puppy set up accordingly if I would have known. First set of tears kinda start to roll in. Then my puppy gets brought out to me with poop caked on her back and head. Looked like it had been there for days. Well I can’t bath her for 10 days due to her surgery, so the poor thing has to not only be quarantined but also dirty. When I call to express my concerns to the office manager she states “well that’s the risk of adopting from a shelter”. That’s what she told me after I asked the best way to clean her? I know the risks. I have two other rescues. But I would have liked a heads up so I could have been prepared and gotten supplies I needed to properly take care of my dog. When I ask about the poop she tells me they can not bathe the dogs before surgery due to it lowering their body temperature. My dog has been there for two days. You really didn’t have the time? Her being dirty gives her a huge risk of infection. I was told it didn’t, bc the poop can’t travel from her sides to her incision area. I’m sorry? What about when she rolls around on her blanket? Germs spread lol. But above anything else, YOU COULD HAVE GIVEN ME A HEADS UP

We took our dog there after she had been hit by a car, and the staff jumped too to take care of our baby in a way I've never seen at a vets office. I highly recommend them and they will be my new vets office. Although they couldn't save her cause her injuries were to severe and we had yo put her down, they did not charge us for the euthanization. They felt soo bad about our loss they didn't even charge us. Amazing group of people on their staff.
