I am never stepping foot in Sam's Club again. This is the 3rd or 4th time a employee or manager from this location has gotten snoody or rude with either myself or my wife. My low tire light came on this morning on my way to the VA to get blood drawn. I knew, based off the hours posted on their website and what I've seen on their door at the store, by the time I got out of the VA, I would get to Sam's in plenty of time to get my tire looked at. I arrived at 0757 clearly 57 mins after they opened based off their posted hours, however apparently they open when they feel like it and don't care to update their hours, regardless, I was only 3 mins early, so a lady met me at the door and asked if I was a plus member. I said yes and she was going to let me in, however some long black haired women, manager I believe, said with a very rude snoody voice,"They can wait like the rest of them." Which is fine, I could wait 3 mins, or three hours. I'm retired, don't work and have nowhere to be, so I could care less, but the point is, you don't say something rude like that about a customer especially where they can hear it. So I refuse to ever step foot back in that store until I get a formal apology from management. I'm a 2x combat disabled Veteran of the US Army and if it weren't for soldiers like me, which are a major part of this town's population, you wouldn't even have a job.

I've been having a ton of issues with the app here lately, as well as a lot of the pumps not working. I wish they would enforce the direction rules a little more. It bothers me when people don't follow the rules and just go the wrong way, skipping all the other people in line. Do the right thing people

This is a fantastic place to people watch. Watch the folks who've never pumped their own gas and have no idea how to read their dash to see where the pump is on their car so they pull the hose all the way around their car instead of just using their simpleton brains to look at their dash to see where their tank is. Love it.

Great price but the large attendant was irritated when I inquired about how to scan my membership account on my phone. I couldn’t find credit card and was first time I had tried it. Very rude..

Usually has cheaper gas prices (but not always!) I find it frustrating that I pay a membership for Sam's Club and then they don't ALWAYS offer cheaper gas than Walmart at times!The stations are always clean & the washer fluid, squeegee & towels are usually available and in good shape which I appreciate. (There are other gas stations I won't even go to when I'm not close to Sam's, because they don't offer these things.)I love the Scan & Go pay feature! (And it would be great if they offered a 25¢ cold bottled water dispenser outside like they do inside!) ?
