Don't go to Sam's Club as there aren't any conveniently located where I live in WA. Love the fact that you can scan your own items and not have to wait in line to check out. Wish Costco and other stores would do that.

Not crowded when we went, scanning with my phone makes checkout fast. Dropped the house dog food we preferred... Need a new vendor for that. Sigh

It's a sams club. They have AT&T phones. Clean. Easy to navigate. The app is nice to use to pay thru.

My name is Debbie,I acually just left sams, Clarksville Tn Sams Club on Guthrie Highway the cashier which I didn’t get her name but she was the only cashier at 10:58 a.m. on January 17th.My mother has had a stroke so it takes her a minute to get her payment out the cashier was very nice but most of all very patient and I just wanted to say thank you to her for that because people seem to forget that people may move slower then others but there can be reasons why, so from the bottom of heart thank you very much . came back in later with my daughter n law told the manager about the nice lady she asked if she wore a mask I said yes she thinks her name was Lyn so thank you Lyn I appreciate your kindness because most get frustrated

Store itself is fine. But I wish they'd better enforce the handicap parking. Too many people who aren't disabled taking it up and it forces actually handicapped people to park way in the back.

I shop at Sam’s Clubs very frequently. I like being able to buy stuff in bulk like toilet paper,plates detergent. Most things are cheaper like this but not everything. I wish Sam’s would update their gas pump hoses to be longer so they would reach around a vehicle without getting in a particular line. I have seen a few stations like this in southern Tennessee but not in Paducah Ky, Bowling Green Ky or Clarksville Tn locations. This would help greatly with the congestion at the pumps.

The AT&T people there are scammers!!! They tell you one price then have you sign right then and there. They tell you that you HAVE to upgrade your phone or you can’t join then when you switch phones and send them your old phone they send you a bill for WAY more then they explained. They quoted us $80 for two phones our bill came in and it was $345.18. That is a very big difference in price, and we pay that every month!! What a scam!! We call the AT&T customer service team and the guy said and I quote “if I had a penny for every time someone called here telling us this same exact thing about the sams club guys I would be a millionaire”

Shopping and scan and go were great, unfortunately, the food court was only manned by one staff member and therefore took a long time to get food.

Horrible service. We stayed for over an hour because member services couldn’t find a receipt and never did. We found it ourselves. The cashier and receipt checker thought it was super funny. Apparently management does, as well. All these comments are answered by bots and the same rude employees always keep their job. Save your time and money.

If Sam’s is going to continue checking receipts at the exit, please consider the following suggestions:1. Place at least 3-4 employees at the exit so the line doesn’t get backed up all the way to the opposite side of the store.2. Give the employees a card reader option so that items that weren’t paid for can be quickly purchased instead of taking the item from the member or requiring them to go back through the lengthy checkout and exit lines.3. Make sure cashiers are trained to verify # of items scanned prior to final sale.4. Remove self-checkout as an option if theft is really a problem. Paying multiple employees to scan receipts at the exit is probably costing you more than a 4-pack of chicken broth or some Sunny D.This model of checkout for a “membership” store has always been inadequate. Today I witnessed multiple members having items removed from their carts. A mom with a baby and child in tow; folks with health conditionsand elderly who have waited a long time — having to put items back because of either their own mistake at self-checkout or a cashier’s mistake. Not everyone is a thief, and to treat “members” that way is not a good business model. I hope corporate all the way to local levels seriously re-think checkout in the future.

Came in as a potential future customer during the free trial but never again will I return. Customer service here is horrible, never have I seen customer service this bad. They are slow, disrespectful, and they don’t acknowledge their customers. First time and last time ever going to Sam’s Club. I pray for the day that Costco comes out to Clarksville but at this point I’d rather drive over an hour for a better experience than visit the local Sam’s Club.
