Brought in my car because of consistent deflating in one of my tires. Filling the tire up with air would only solve the problem for 3 days before needing to be filled again. Brought it to Sam’s and was told there was a giant rip on the inside that they were unable to fix, and that I’d have to replace not one but two tires. I left and had the tire taken off elsewhere where they actually showed me the issue. There was absolutely no “rip” or hole in the tire, the problem was the valve leaking. The other shop was able to fix the valve in about 10 mins and it was free. I no longer feel comfortable going to Sams for my tires as they seem dishonest and/or too lazy to fix the issue.

I love this Sam's club. The customer service is wonderful. It was pouring rain so the employee asked me if I would like him to watch my cart so I could go get my car without getting all of my stuff wet. Then he offered to help me transfer everything from my cart to my car. The store is right in the middle of the busy part of town, 20 minutes from where I live but it is well worth it for this kind of customer service. It is also very easy to shop. There are many registers open at a time so you never have to wait in long for too long. Returning items back to the store is also very simple and stress free. There is lots of parking so no problem there. Really have never had any problems with anything here at all. I highly recommend shopping here.

I had an issue with my battery not staying charged. My car would start if I was using it frequent but if I stopped using my car for 3 or more hours I would have to jump my car to get it to start. I purchased that battery in December in December of 2022 and that issue started late March of 2023. I tried twice to get service to replace my battery again while it was under warranty for a year, but unfortunately I was always brushed away for some stupid reason, one being we're too busy. But yet they were helping our walk-in customers. I was furious so I completed a feedback form and a manager contacted me and told me that they will fix the issue. And they did the third time I made a special trip to the club. It wasn't my best experience but they did eventually took care of it after I talked to a supervisor. Also I suggest talking to a woman employee at tire and battery if you are a woman because if you talk to a man that he will treat you like your stupid. That's why I've been brushed off before my issue was fixed.

This is a review for sams club cafe. I went today and ordered to go. Crystal helped me, prepared my order, and went to help other guests. She helped a guest who paid with cash, and Crystal didn't change her gloves or wash her hands afterward and went on to help so many others and touched their food after dealing with CASH and NOT changing gloves or washing hands. When she got my food out the oven, she touched it with the same gloves she had on probably her whole shift. When I asked her for a new pizza, she gave me attitude saying she didn't touch my order even though I saw her touch the crusts getting it off the pizza screen. She changed her gloves and put my new order in the oven. She went back to helping customers and AGAIN took cash and kept helping guests with the same gloves. Another employee, Oliver, was on top of it. They changed gloves often and I saw them wash their hands. They were very nice and apologized for Crystal even though they didn't have to. Oliver was amazing. They got my pizza out the oven with ease, and didn't have to touch the food to get it off the screen. The pizza was okay.

Sam's club tire center was awesome. After really getting screwed over by Wyatt Johnson Hyundai and their service department not giving me back my lock lug nut remover a week ago for my Palisade, Sam's was very patient and allowed me to leave my appointment and come back for my tire install. They said they would wait as long as needed. Instead of WJH bringing me the lock nut needed, they made me leave my set appointment and hopefully they would find one. Price wise Sam's had tire prices that were over $250 cheaper installed even though Wyatt Johnson Hyundai had buy 3 tires-get one for a dollar. Jacked up prices at WJH. Sam's is the way to go for getting 4 tires. Thanks Sam's for your patience and professionalism.

Put in a pickup order and it was due to be ready for pickup at 7 PM yesterday. Went today and it still showed up as not ready for pickup. Spoke to an associate and she said that someone was getting ready to bring it out. I went back to my parking spot and after 10-15 mins it was not being brought out. I spoke with another associate and she went to check up on it. She let me know that they only had one person working on pick up orders last night but that they had just finished with my order "3 mins ago." She brought it out to me shortly thereafter. While they did not finish my order on time, the associates were attentive to my needs and addressed it. While I was under the impression they were done with my order the first time, they took the time to listen and got my order together and out to my vehicle. But I did wait about 20-25 minutes, which was the only issue. I hope that this isn't the norm at this location. Thankful for the associates that helped me!

Just moved back to Clarksville and got a Sam's club membership. The best thing is that I got it for free! You go online and fill out an application and pay the $45 fee. Then show the customer service gal your number and she will give you a membership card. The next time you go in and make a purchase $45 will be deducted from your bill. Now that's what I call a good deal. This location has everything you could possibly need grocery wise. I wish they had a few more healthy items. I did find almond flour, avocado and coconut oil so that's a start. I also picked up a rotisserie chicken for under $5. It was juicy and cooked through, very tasty. On my way out I ordered a berry sundae. That was the highlight of my shopping trip. Hahaha Good to be back.

I just left the sam's club near ft. Campbell, ky and I have never been treated to rudely. My family and I just got stationed here and we're looking into possibly starting a membership. When we got to the door, the "greeter" or whatever their title is, without even looking at us told us that if we wanted a cart we would have to just go find one. We told her we were there to possibly start a new membership and wanted to see the store. She pointed along the main entrance and told us it was at the end (from her direction it would be by the food court). We thanked her and began following her directions. About 30 feet in this same person began yelling at my pregnant wife as if she were a criminal trying to steal something. She told us that we lied and said we only wanted a membership and that we cannot follow directions. Now mind you, as we turned around at the unruly employee, the area we were looking for was not in fact straight back as directed, it was a 60° turn once in the door. Very different from the straight back that we were told. When my wife explained to her that we were only following her directions she began to barrade my wife, raise her voice and told us to leave, that she didn't want our business. Now I don't know if this is the level of professional conduct Sam's club allows, I do know however that the words that came out of that employees mouth would have had her fired pre COVID. Needless to say we left and cannot imagine paying for the right to shop in a place that allows their employees to behave in such a rude manner. I asked for the manager and was simply told, "your momma". I hope someone at this store sees this and corrects this, not for me but I am tired of seeing businesses close due to horrid customer service.

My sister just had her wedding this past weekend. She ordered her cake from Sam’s club. The day before the wedding (Friday) she called to see if maybe the cake was ready and she could just go ahead and pick it up. The lady told her the cake was not ready yet and that it would be ready Saturday at the time it was scheduled to be when she ordered it. So Wedding day at 6:30am my sister receives a call from Sam’s club cake lady stating they were not able to make her a 3 tiered cake like she ordered in advance. She stated she could only do a One tier plain white cake….. because we are in a world wide shortage due to Covid. That is so unacceptable!! You do not call a bride day of her wedding. We have been going through this Covid for over a year. We did not just have a shortage over night. They knew this cake was ordered and they should have counted their supplies and if they did have a shortage they should have called way before Day of wedding! The lady we spoke with on the phone was so Rude to begin with. No care that it was the day of her wedding, she just kept stating sorry we don’t have the supplies to Covid. After we told her that was not ok and that could she at least make us two of the one tier cakes… she said she could not… after back and forth she then stated that she could make a two tier but that was it. She then asked if we wanted to speak with the manager and we said yes, to which she replied ok here is the number to reach them when the store opens and then stated… y’all have a blessed day. I would not recommended any bride to order a cake through here. Especially if this lady is working. It seems she just didn’t want to make a 3 tier cake. It’s not like a birthday cake you can just find something else/anything else the day of… you can’t just find a wedding cake day of.. Just wanted to warn other brides. Do better sams club and get better staff.

We arrived right when they opened on a Saturday and the customer service representative was super helpful in setting us up with a membership! The store has a great selection of all your bulk needs! Definitely worth it!!
