Ethan (I’m bad with names so I’m praying that’s what it was) was freaking AMAZING. I had no idea about the type of vape I was swapping to and he was out of this world with details and extremely knowledgeable. His customer service was fabulous, this guy could have talked me into buying anything! Lol In all seriousness though, he did a fantastic job and helped me get exactly what I needed. I went back the next day and the manager who was working that day did absolutely not disappoint either. Both were such gentlemen with no question being too crazy for them. I will never go to another vape store (and I’ve been to so many where they were either unprofessional or just didn’t care) not these guys. Get all your vape needs here, you won’t regret it! Thank you guys!!!

My wife shops here exclusively, apparently it doesnt mean anything to this store about customer loyalty. She purchased a Mod , recommended by the guy behind the counter. When she got it home, read the manual, decided it was too complicated for her with way to many settings. She went back in, with the receipt mind you, and was told she could not return it EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NEVER USED.

Apparently you are not allowed to return unused, never turned on, mods after you read directions and decide it's not for you. See photo for full google review.
