When I was in this store on the 1/30/24 the floor near the mall entrance was trashy; in the handbag section, handbags were on the floor; some clothes off hanger and on floor under the racks, rugs not folded neatly and organized on the rug aisle. More attention needs to be given to floor maintenance and organization.

This Ross was very messy compared to the one in Hopkinsville. But they did have a large selection of different items from the other store. The employees were all very nice at both stores.

Went in looking for dog toys, found 2, then found a rug and then found gold balls. I'm always losing them. Long line but all cashier's were busy. Out in no time. They got it all together for Christmas.
