Yikes so disappointed in staying here hole in wall by door. Handle on microwave not there. Gaps in bottom of door. No breakfast which is my fault I should checked before booking.. I will say though that the room was clean. As far as I'm concerned the issues mentioned I should be aware of it before going to room so I can choose to stay or not . CHOICE should not allow this. I am a member of choice and it's my go to. I am also a hyatt member. And I need to rethink my options.

I’ve stayed at the Rodeway inn a couple of times. This time, however, my friends and I stayed in a room I can only describe as damp. The room was damp, dirty, and smelled awful. There was a cigar wrapper folded into the sheets on one of the beds, the air conditioning unit was set on heat and there was no way to turn it off. The beds were damp, the room was damp, clothes left out while sleeping were damp in the morning.There were mold spots around the beds, animal hair in the outlets, and walls so covered in nicotine they were yellow. The pool was closed even though it said it was open online, and nobody would come to the phone. Waited on hold for 30 to 45 minutes twice trying to call about the hotel.
Whoever was running the front desk was yelling at my friend who checked in, and tacked on extra charges after booking online, including a 75$ hold until we checked out. An 80$ room turned into almost 200$.I left my phone charger in the room but honestly it was gross enough I didn’t want to go back in.
Safety: Damp room, mold growing in spots, outlets caked in animal hair.
Noteworthy details: Pool closed, room damp, terrible customer service.

DONT EVEN CONSIDER ACCOMMODATIONS The staff is rude. The rooms are filthy. Oh you’ll definitely have to clean it before you can use it holes in the walls stinks like weed as the audacity to charge you $250 deposit when you have service dogs and get pissed off when you get back the deposit of $250.
definitely because the room was clean cleaner upon inspection departing than it was when checked in. Thank God WALMART was near to go purchase cleaning supplies and rags to be able to clean the room and the floor oh my ?(paid prior upon arrival@2 day stay ) and then to discard rags & empty cleaning supply containers in their trash just to be able to occupy the room.

No lobby, no breakfast, loud A/C, 3rd floor room that opens to the outside. Middle of the road accommodations as far as hotels go.
Rooms: The bed was good. Rest of room was in acceptable condition

This place is a joke. My 65yr old parents stayed here with her service animal. My mother can’t carry heavy stuff she just had neck surgery their friend came to help carry stuff in and the clerk was calling their room before they even got there. He didn’t stay and wasn’t going to. Then they made my mom pay a $260 deposit for the dog which is illegal. I work in hotel business. By law if it’s a service animal they can’t ask for deposit or papers either. That’s the law. This place is a joke. Kept walking by my moms room like they was doing something wrong because she was out of breathe and sit down before they took their friend home. They kept stalking their room. That’s weird and creepy. Bunch of dope heads here at this hotel! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I REPEAT DONT DO IT! STAY ELSE WHERE! ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY, ITS NASTY and DIRTY! Save yourself the time and trouble and read all the reviews before booking here! Only crackheads and drug addicts stay here apparently! Don’t waste your time or money!

This place was absolutely horrible. There were dead bugs all over the walls. Built up grime on everything you can imagine. Burn holes in the sheets and blankets. Mold all over the air conditioner. But guess what. They refused to give us a refund. Absolutely horrible place. We immediately asked for a refund but they refused. We argued with the front desk worker for 20 minutes and he kept telling us they don’t do refunds. Like seriously? This place is not safe for anyone to stay. Outside the rooms there was so much trash including broken beer bottles. Like hello?

Very obvious desk clerk was using cocaine. As a person who helps rehabilitation from opiate addiction it was an easy identification. We instantly turned tail and headed out. Haven't figured out what sort of cancelation policy will be applied for our reservation. I would avoid this place like the plague.
Rooms: No clue. The bulletproof glass and lack of attention at the front desk when arriving for check in should have been enough to send amyone to seek shelter elsewhere.

Front desk charged us a $60 up front fee otherwise they'd sell our room to someone else, even though we pre-planned a 2 night stay. Once we got to our room, the ceiling was falling apart, there was dirt and grime everywhere like the room wasn't cleaned, and even though it was a "non-smoking room", you could immediately smell the stench of Tobacco and Marijuana.

Rooms: Don't expect a lot, the bathroom smelled smokey, the grout was dirty chipped and broken, carpets needed cleaning, the room could have been updated.
