Got my subwoofer system installed there and it worked well for a while. One day the wiring set on fire and almost burned my trunk up. I took it back and the guy fixed it, but then messed something else up. The power wire was not secured in the amp properly and just pops out, now I don't have any bass. When I first had my system put in, I was assured that any wiring work that was faulty would be fixed free of charge as long as I didn't mess with it. I've never touched it. Now I'm being told I'm going to get charged for them to fix it. Why would I pay you to fix something that you didn't do properly in the first place? Its a small problem, but a problem none the less, and if the work was done properly in the first place I wouldn't have had two problems with the system already. Doesn't seem like a very professional establishment, never going there again.

I went to A.V.E. because I read the reviews that they were a decent car audio place. I go for him to diagnose my radio that was installed elsewhere. He tells me that my radio is bad so I have to end up buying a radio through him. Ok. Fine. Maybe it was; he's the expert supposedly. Then when he gets in to start my truck up to pull out of his garage, it barely wants to turn over. It starts but had a cough to it. Before I stepped foot at his shop, my truck started fine. No problems. All day every time I went to get into my truck to take off it barely wanted to start up. Now here it is 10 p.m. and I'm trying to run to the gas station and my truck will not start. So I don't know what he did. I called him up earlier during the day to ask him what he did to jack up my truck because it barely wants to start, he tells me something about the dome light. Chevy drains the battery because of the dome light or something. And he tells me to go to Advance Auto parts to have them check the battery out. I'm royally ticked and now worried about how I'm going to get to work on Monday when there isn't any shops open on Sunday.

I went to A.V.E to get an in-dash touch screen put in. I had great service. Was greeted by the manager as I entered the door. They helped me choose what was a good radio in what i was looking for and was willing to work with me on the price. They even offered lawaway. The installer took his time to make sure it was all done to perfection. I love my radio and love that it looks great in there they even made sure the factory steering wheel controls worked. No cords showing and looks like the car was made with it in it. I love this place and would definetly recommend them.

The new owner has brought in a new installer and manager with over 15 years experience. the work coming out of this shop is now very good qaulity the service is much better than it used to be and the prices are competetive with everyone in town if not better. would definetly recomend going and checking them out.
