I went in a few months ago for a fitting. Dalton was awesome and happens to have a pretty cool, unique name. I got to try on multiple fits and he explained the boot care very well and didn’t recommend the most expensive products but what I needed for my specific boot. 10/10

Staff was extremely friendly and acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. Explained what type of work boot I was looking for and the sales associate showed me every pair they had in stock currently.

Crawled into the store since my planters facilities was hurting so bad. Christian took the time to educate me, and show me many options. Finally settled in a very good looking and extremely comfortable pair of boots that I was able to walk out of the store without even a limp! Thanks Christian!

Sales Manager Chris Denny and his Fit Specialist Thomas Forrest were as solid as any salesman I’ve ever purchased a boot from. Thomas helped me out tremendously by correcting my account that was messed up from another location and totally fixed me up with the ultimate fit experience. Both gentleman were super knowledgeable and made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in. They did not hound me into purchasing anything, but made me comfortable enough to stay in the store long enough to make a decision. Totally recommend this location and will be visiting the. Location I know Thomas Forrest deserves to be running soon! Big shout out to both Chris and Thomas!

Just left the store and let me tell you, the professionalism and knowledge of the sales representative Thomas was above and beyond! helped me find the proper insoles, trimmed them down and hooked me up with some laces good dude good store highly recommend.

Came in right as the store opened, gentleman named Thomas Forrest greeted me with a smile, and promptly assisted me in selecting the right boot for my line of work. I stay on my feet 13 hours a day on hard concrete, he recommended the 2440 Redwing Tried lites with composite toe. Got scanned and fitted for some very comfortable insoles. Fantastic customer service and attitude at this location. I could not be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend visiting this store for any and all your shoe and boot needs.
