The hot tub was not clean properly and that the wall had look like stains from leaking from above and that all hours throughout the night and day there was people screaming. The room was not clean properly and that the room smelled as if there was mold in the room and bathroom.There was no coffee pot and that all and all I do not recommend it .Noteworthy details: They need to have maintenance in the room and that need to check for mold and leaks from the top room . To fix the closet and the TV looked as it was about to fall off and that the hot tub was pretty dirty and gross ?. The people up stairs and to left and right was screaming all night .

I slept good except for about two hours in the early morning around 3 am when the other tenants were playing loud rap music, slamming doors and dealing drugs. The bathroom was pretty gross and the toilet didn’t work well. The location was nice. I got some Black Rifle Coffee and got out of Clarksville.

we stopped to sleep for 6 hours, but we didn’t succeed, the noise level of the air conditioner is as if it was my grandmother’s refrigerator or my grandfather startedmotorcycle right in our room, well, I don’t recommend this hotel, choose a little more expensive, there are many of them here

You know what? This is not a fancy hotel.The staff was helpful and allowed us to park the moving truck (with my car towed behind it) in a well-lit spot I could see from my room.But for what I needed at the time, it was perfect. I was driving across the country on a move from Omaha to Charlotte and this was a great place to spend the night en route, especially because I have a cat that likes to hide in any crevice, corner or secluded spot that he can. Guess what? In this hotel, there was nowhere for him to hide. He couldn't get under the bed, it's blocked off. He couldn't tear up the carpet, there isn't any. Thank you Red Roof Inn... I appreciate you giving us a place to rest our heads on a very very stressful trip. :)Rooms: Pet proofed!

If you just need somewhere to sleep while traveling this is the place. Clean comfortable beds, fridge and microwave. The parking lot is well lit and they allow pets.

If you're looking g for a great stay in the Clarksville area, stay here. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and informative. Great location for a short or long stay and a straight shot into Clarksville for a plethora of dining, entertainment and drink options. We've stayed at quite a few Red Roofs and this one is truly a gem. Stay Here - your pooch stays for free too.

Better than expected! Especially at this star level and price point. None of the things that usually disappoint happened: room clean, bed fine, shower water pressure great, AC worked fine and didn’t rattle, fridge kept food cold, toilet wasn’t tiny.

We had an ok stay. We came in very late, it was after midnight after a 12 hour drive the day before. Our room had a toilet that would leak and loudly refill the tank every 10-15 minutes or so, needless to say we didn’t get much sleep, the lady at the front desk the next morning didn’t offer a reimbursement or anything, just said she was sorry to hear that we didn’t sleep well. I was hoping for a little better service. I don’t think we’ll be back on our trip back through, not for almost a hundred dollars.

Checked in, got to the room, turned around and checked out. There is nothing appealing about this place. I guess you get what you pay for but for just a few $ more, you don't have to worry about getting a contract high from the blatant drug use in the walk way or worse robbed or hepatitis in the room.The only saving grace was the front desk clerk was very patient and understanding. They knew it was a dump too and refunded our fee.Safety: There was nothing that would give you a more safe feeling than just driving by this place on the way to your hotel.Noteworthy details: Pretty sure you could score whatever type of illicit substance you were looking for here.

My daughter and I stayed here (R106) for 3 nights, the second day I went to the lobby and asked for towels, a staff (a white female with blue eyes probably around 40 years old) started asking me about what I did with the two sets of towels they gave me I told her we used one set the night we arrived the second set when we showered in the morning and now we need another set to shower she was so rude when I told her dont need to steal the damn ones Hotel towels, I just need to shower, she asked me where were the clean towels from the day before that I had from my room service, well, there was no room service the day before, she was also rude and rises her voice and accused me that I was coursed her and I did course at her, I was just trying to tell her that we need towels for bathing, not for stealing. I didn't catch her name because she didn't have a visible tag name. Her customer service from 1 to 10 deserved a ZERO. The hotel overall is ok and the rest of the staff were helpful and respectful but her aptitude makes us never want to come back.

I just came here tonight and was previously staying at another location the past few night . The difference is night and day . I don't want to bad mouth the other facility because it wasn't absolutely horrible but this facility is a few dollars cheaper. They allow one pet and it's ten times better than where I was staying. The rooms are clean and beautiful and Angie at the front was extremely nice and professional

Very friendly for people and pets! Clean and comfortable with strong, hot shower and great beds and pillows, Wonderful for pets with lots of trees to sniff and fencing around. Quiet location convenient to expressway and gas/food options.
