REPAIR SHOP ALMOST RUINED MY ENGINE! DO NOT USE FOR REPAIRS! They changed my oil but did not tighten the drain plug. A few weeks later my oil leaked. I put it on the lift at Fort Campbell and saw the drain plug leaking, and tightened it WITH MY BARE HANDS. Had the oil leaked it would have ruined my engine. Also, they rotated my wheels. Correct torque amount is with a hand wrench (100 lb/sq. ft), but I couldn’t get the wheels off with a conventional air gun.

Nit so quick. Website says opens at 8am but when I arrived at 07:45 they were already packed. Service is good but website should be updated to reflect correct business hours.

My fiancé and I were walking around looking and I came across a nice F-150 Lariat. I spoke with a salesman about my trade and what kind of return I expected to get from it. After a few minutes i went back inside to ask if i could start the car and sit in it and they said yes. When they brought the key out they remote started the car instead of letting me start it and sit inside. It just really rubbed me the wrong way...I can't buy a car that I'm not even allowed to sit in first. The entire interaction felt awkward and rude.

The work appears adequate. Although after 4 weeks, still not 100% complete. The communication and service are less than 1 star.

Honestly, wish I didn't have to put a star at all. HORRIBLE customer service and complete lack of knowledge about how warranties work. Clearly reading/ scrolling through a customer's file is too hard. They have attempted multiple times to charge my family for services covered by the warranty. They did not provide a loaner or ride to or from the dealership when my husband's truck was undrivable without any power steering (Ford's software issue). He had to pay for a Uber just to pick up his truck. They suggested my husband still drive it until the only available appointment which was weeks out. The clerk only offered a "that sucks" when my husband, a member of the military, explained the situation. I believe this dealership is very biased and provides better service to customers who purchase vehicles from them, over customers who purchase vehicles elsewhere. The Ford dealership where we came from has excellent customer service and provides customers with a loaner or ride and they, now, even offer free pick up and delivery.

They are pretty fast most of the time. Be ready for the other services they are going to sell you.

Luis was the man! He helped us every step of the way and went many extra miles to help us with the insurance and warranty company, which was a typical headache. Our pillar cover flew off and needed to be replaced and had a gasket leak. Everything is perfect. Excited to have this dealership as our new place to get work done.

Took my wife's Accord in for an oil change and a new battery. The service bay door slammed down on the top of her vehicle when it was being pulled out and damaged the roof of her car. Spent the next few hours waiting for them to repair the damage they'd caused to her vehicle, then double checking the maintenance work they'd done because if they can't maintain or operate a garage door then I have concerns about the work they did to her car. Then they tried returning to me the vehicle with still obvious scratches. I talked to a manager named Chad Camp who told me I'd need to bring it back so it could be repaired at their collision shop. We'll see if they honor their agreement.Update - was left a business response on this site from some manager named Casey that I had an appt set up with their collision center to get the vehicle repaired. There was no appointment set up, so it appears their internal communications need review.

They say that first impressions are everything. The Service Department at Jenkins and Wynne have definitely got a major understanding on this principle. While I do not remember the name of the lady and gentleman who helped us - I did want to say that the service department went above and beyond yesterday in assisting us with the nail we found in our left rear tire. We weren't on the schedule, but they worked us in and graciously assisted us and helped us get on our way to a family holiday function with only a minor delay. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable and lower than what I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician could have simply plugged the hole, but went the extra mile and removed the tire to verify that the nail didn't embed into the sidewall. Some garages in the area would not have taken that level of detail.Everyone from the guys at parts desk to everyone wearing a Jenkins and Wynne shirt or sweater were very nice, super friendly, and made you feel like you were among dear friends. We are very appreciative for everything the service department did for us yesterday and will definitely be in for our regular service time when we come due. It had been a pleasure!

They try to rip off soldiers. I had my car towed to the dealership because it wouldn't start. I receive a call from them saying I need to pay 4K to replace fuel injectors, the tank, everything. I make a few calls to make sure this is right and they call me again sayin "Well that was the OPTIONAL route." Who wants to pay thousands extra optionally? Well turns out it was some water in my tank so I poured a couple bottles of heat in my tank and let it run. While I'm doing this they come out and tell me I shouldn't be doing it. I tell them it's fine and drive off and my car has been fine since then for about a year.Don't let these guys fool you into thinking they are soldier friendly, typical scam artists. Do a little research before you go in like you should. And with winter coming carry a couple bottles of heet in your car
