“Despite the lines, the workers here always greet people with a smile and are eager to help everyone no matter what they have going on. They're always super friendly with a smile. Frankly, with this location being as small as it is in such a busy area, it gets really crowded really fast. They always have patience and are super kind with smiles and playful conversations.”
“Office Depot/Office Max really surprised me the other day. I had received reward offers in the mail and so I used the one for ink cartridges. I needed all four colors for my Epson Printer so I selected one large capacity black cartridge and one box that contained the other three colors.
A worker was stocking the shelves and he asked me if I needed help. I said I was good, but he asked to look at what I had selected. He then picked up a 4-pack that had all the colors I needed. It was about $10 cheaper than the two separate items.
I was even more surprised to learn from the lady cashier that I could register for reward credit when I return spent cartridges. Since I keep everything, I'll register soon and take all of my used cartridges for recycling.

“The line was short, and the workers were very efficient. I chose this location because it was closest to the road where I was driving. The store has a lot to offer as far as shipping, packing, and other office related functions. The employee, Max, was very helpful and efficient with processing my shipment. There is no self-serve kiosk, which would be a nice enhancement in the future.”

“Wow! These folks are fantastic! We are opening a new location in Clarksville Tn and we have used them for the following: vehicle wraps, receiving sign, 4x8 coming soon banner & creating our logo stickers that we have put into epoxy on our customer counter.
