“Christina was helping starting with pur interaction over the phone. She helped me when I needed it most. My husband and I were headed to our DJ Conference and needed some last minute printing done. When I walked in we were great with small and warm greetings from the two staff members in the front. Christina had everything printed, cut and laminated in 20 minutes. This store has always had great customer service.”

“Office Depot/Office Max really surprised me the other day. I had received reward offers in the mail and so I used the one for ink cartridges. I needed all four colors for my Epson Printer so I selected one large capacity black cartridge and one box that contained the other three colors.
A worker was stocking the shelves and he asked me if I needed help. I said I was good, but he asked to look at what I had selected. He then picked up a 4-pack that had all the colors I needed. It was about $10 cheaper than the two separate items.
I was even more surprised to learn from the lady cashier that I could register for reward credit when I return spent cartridges. Since I keep everything, I'll register soon and take all of my used cartridges for recycling.
