“Camille Reitano is a real person. After a brief conversation about our need to open up a checking account she sensed that we wanted to open a new account that day. She quickly checked the schedule and to our surprise asked us to have a seat! She walked us through each step, helped us select debit cards, walked us through setting up an online account and made sure we could access everything before we left. My wife was previously disappointed by another bank earlier in the week and was very pleased with the customer service we received. Camille made us feel like we were truly at a full service brick and mortar branch. We wanted to make sure that her supervision knew what an absolute asset she is to US bank!”

We started looking in Clarksville two and a half years ago and ran into so many issues from construction problems, being out bid by thousands in this new market and many other issues over the 2.5 years. Living in Florida created many issues as well trying to buy out of state site unseen. Through it all Matt and our realtor Sarah Rumsey from Keller Williams stuck with us through all of our frustrations. They helped get our inspection done by honest contractors that cared and not just rubber stamp the house. Not once did they complain about all of the craziness. On Jan 10, 2022 we went under contract, and the two of them got us through inspections (house and VA) and closed on Feb 11. They we couldn't have done it without them!
