It is always a wonderful experience when my pet gets groomed. The staff are friendly and always remember my pet. My pet is always excited to when we pull up to the building. I definitely recommend them!!

We have been going to Picture Perfect Grooming, Inc for more than two years and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! We take our two long hair dachshunds and a golden doodle and they do such an amazing job!!! Service is always great and they are great at communicating with us as well. We truly love this place!!

This is the first place I ever took my baby and they did absolutely fantastic with him. He struggles with separation anxiety and easily gets scared of people but was always excited to go to grooming. He always came back smelling great and looking dapper for a great price. If we weren’t moving I wouldn’t haven’t in my mind to go anywhere else. Definitely gonna be a place my family misses.

We are soooo lucky that we found Picture Perfect Grooming years ago and could get our foot in the door! Ashlie and Terri are very quiet and easy-going— I have never worried about my dogs’ safety with them and trust that they fully adapt to whatever my pups’ fears and needs may be that day. Very reasonable pricing, but it’s priceless to have your babies in such good, capable, and loving hands behind the scenes! Wonderful customer service and of course they always do a stellar job with grooming and remembering my usual requests ??

Of all the groomers my dogs have been to in their lives, none have even come close to the service we receive at Picture Perfect. From professionalism to pricing and quality of work, Picture Perfect checks every box. The atmosphere when you walk in is warm and inviting. The ladies are so kind, and my dogs are more comfortable with them than any other groomers. I lived 10 minutes from Picture Perfect before moving over an hour away to Nashville. I have plenty of groomers closer to me, but I still choose to come to Picture Perfect. You can just feel the passion they have, and they truly listen to your input. There is a reason that Picture Perfect is always booked and busy - they are the absolute best!

I've been taking my dog, Frazier here for a couple years abd I absolutely love them. He's been to a few different groomers there and they're all very knowledgeable and do an excellent job. I've never had a bad experience here and recommend them to all my friends and family! Oh also I love that they will usually post the cutest pictures of your dog on their Facebook after they groom them (you can pay for a copy or a photo session also).

Looks to be a nice groomer, but must have too much business. Tried calling and can never get a person on the phone, left voicemails trying to make an appointment, and even tried doing their online application. Never seen a place straight up refuse business :/

I have had such a GREAT experience every time with Picture Perfect and they are so sweet with my babies! They listen to every request I had and if they had to adapt to something they did it on the fly, but consulted me first. Great communication and my dogs always are fine with going in which is a great sign. I will forever stay with Picture Perfect. Thanks for keeping my babies beautiful!

Had used another facility for several years before that groomer left Clarksville TN. Went looking for another groomer for our 2 Cocker Spaniel rescues. These cockers were horribly abused and mistreated for the first 4-7 years of their lives so allowing someone the opportunity to care for them is very difficult. We searched Clarksville high and low to find a suitable facility where we were comfortable to leave our babies and after many groomers, we finally found Picture Perfect Grooming. These folks took very good care of our crew from the first day there. Happy and Leo were delighted to go to the groomer and really didn't care to leave when their time came. Most of all we felt very comfortable leaving them there for their spa time. HaPpy suffered from separation anxiety, had many heart problems, suffered from Kidney failure and suffered from Laryngeal Paralysis. Leo went through a double Enucleation and suffered horrendous abuse before we adopted. They were always well cared for and looked very good when we came to get them. Plus, HaPpy always got a toy to take with her when she came home.Unfortunately, Happy passed away on 7 November 2021 from kidney failure. Also, Leo passed on 9 May 2022 at the age of approximately 17 years. We wish to give a huge "Thank You" to picture perfect Grooming for the wonderful care you gave our babies while they were in your care. We love you all very much!

My family and I are new to Clarksville and we had the best groomer for our little fur baby in Nashville. I’ve tried out three other groomers since moving here in April 2022 and none were up to my standards. After a couple of weeks, searching and reading through reviews of other groomers, I came across Picture perfect Grooming. At first, I was hesitant to try to book an appointment because they stated they were fully booked. However, something told me to go for it, and within I believe a day or two I received a text that we could book an appointment. I could not be happier with their professionalism, customer service, and interpersonal skills. My fur baby looks good EVERY time. Their consistency and attention to detail is why I can see they were voted the best in the area. The little bonus of getting a picture sent to my phone or seeing him on Facebook after his appointment makes me wish I could give them more than five stars. If you are looking for a groomer for your baby, go ahead and put yourself on their waiting list it’s worth it.
