“I just walked in. A lot of great quality products. Two suggestions for the business: one, the scents are completely overpowering upon walking through the door. I am sensitive and had to leave and rush out of there, when I otherwise would have lingered to look at their products. And this is my kind of store - I would have lingered until I found something I liked and bought it. I was happy to see wild yam, Irish sea moss, enzymes, food-based vitamins.
Hopefully, they are natural scents, because artificial scents tend to give me a migraine; considering the other types of products in their store, I presume they are more natural; but, overwhelming nonetheless. And two, it would have been nice to have been greeted; there were two ladies up at the front in conversation, and at least one stocking product, and another in the back. Just a nod or a “let us know if you need anything” or “welcome” is plenty. But, to be honest, the no greeting made it easier for me to exit quickly without feeling guilty due to the scents.
Tl;dr: I would be back, lots of great products, just please get rid of the overpowering smells or just have them on display but not actively smelling up the place.”
“I love this Sam's club. The customer service is wonderful. It was pouring rain so the employee asked me if I would like him to watch my cart so I could go get my car without getting all of my stuff wet. Then he offered to help me transfer everything from my cart to my car. The store is right in the middle of the busy part of town, 20 minutes from where I live but it is well worth it for this kind of customer service. It is also very easy to shop. There are many registers open at a time so you never have to wait in long for too long. Returning items back to the store is also very simple and stress free. There is lots of parking so no problem there. Really have never had any problems with anything here at all. I highly recommend shopping here.”

“A community pharmacy that also handle specialty and compound medications. They have very polite customer service, and they tell you when your medication will be ready for pick up. I’d hope they delivered medications, unfortunately they do not. It’s still my number one place to get my prescriptions.”

“We have recently switched pharmacy’s from Walgreens…. From the moment of the initial call to make sure they were accepting new fills and I spoke to Valerie I knew I found a gem!!!! Their hours are very unique and will take some time adjusting to…we had shown up like 5 min after business close and they actually waited to fill our prescriptions!!!!! Our family is very happy to get away from the major chain pharmacy and support a local chain!!!! Thanks yall for being a gem!!!! “I just wanted to stop and share my experiences with this Walmart pharmacy. I use to go to another Walmart pharmacy but it seemed like time I went to pick up my meds, I had to argue with a particular pharmacist. I was fed up and called to speak with the manager over the 1680 Ft. Campbell pharmacy to move my meds over. The Dover Road one was much closer but I go where I'm going to be taken care of. I was able to speak with this wonderful Pharmacist named Rhonda. I explained my experiences to her and I was not happy! Rhonda talked to me and made my day! She pulled my meds over and gave me her number in case I had any issues. That was over a year ago and I absolutely love Rhonda and her staff. Everyone there is really nice and helpful. They don't argue with me, they listen and I'm always happy when I leave. My brother has moved with me and Kroger was his pharmacy until I told him about this one. He loves them as well and so does my husband. We as patients are already in pain or have other health issues, the last thing we want to do is to stand there and argue with the techs etc. I do believe it starts at the top! If your staff is happy and treated well, it will show in the way they treat their patients! Thank you Rhonda and your staff for always being there for me and my family!

“Walmart Associates at Tiny Town Road are exceptional in awareness of assisting customers upon inquiry as to where items are located. Technology is utilized to locate the item. The store is clean and well organized and the associates greet you as you leave during check out. They do not avoid you. Great customer service is the key to loss prevention as well as preferred and returning customers. A pleasant shopping experience is equal to a happy shopper.”
“Just wanted to give a shout out to Rachel for being so nice and helpful when I placed my refill. I live almost 2 hours away so they ship me my meds. She was just so pleasant to talk to and helpful. The whole staff has been but just wanted to give her credit today.”
“Wendy and Roger are amazing! Aside from that; your other pharmacy techs are straight trash. Member service, let alone customer service is non existent. Especially if you're a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Or if you're not originally from Clarksville OR if they think that you're not originally from here.
Funny how being transgender gets me treated differently at this specific pharmacy.
Bottom line, if it wasn't for Wendy and Roger, I'd already have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.
Do BETTER Sam's Club!!

“No appointment necessary, for passport photos.Recommendations;*Black, or dark colored top*Stud earrings, but not something that is over the top.*Ladies do your make up ( not over the top, but something you will look like normally)*Hair will need to be back of your shoulders, so curl your hair so your face doesn't look so unappealing.After all ladies we do want a nice passport photo were stuck with for long term.Men- you could cover up and pimples, or make sure you've got a fresh shave, tailored hair and lips with chap stick, yes if they are dry it does pick up on the photo.Babies*Black,or dark colors*They will have to lay your child down on a white towel for newborns, under 2years old, I recommend you bring in your own.*Make sure your baby is alert, so that your child's eyes are able to be clearly seen on camera.Prices have gone UP, now $18 last time I got a passport photo was $13, so there's been an increase.Should your photos not get approved they will do your photos again free of charge.I had to get myself and my children done and I highly recommend that you get your children done first so your children don't have to wait on you. “Knowing the family and staff at Warren's Apothecary and Edward's Medical for about 42 years, we have been treated like family. The pharmacists continually train us on any new medications we may have been prescribed.We have utilized their DME Service (Durable Medical Equipment) for my mother, and we, again, were treated with professionalism, kindness, courtesy, and respect. “I have been using the pharmacy at Kroger for about 20 years now. I don’t even live on this side of town but I still use it because they fill out the prescriptions very fast and efficiently.They have also gone out of their way to clear up situations that have occurred over the years, whether it be calling my doctor or other pharmacies. There have been a couple of times where my blood pressure meds ran out without a prescription and they gave me a week of meds to hold me over.Honestly I have no problem with this pharmacy other than sometimes they close earlier than the store hours dictate.”
“In store shopping is always great. However, trying to get customer service on the phone to answer a basic question is hell. It was easier to drive the 25 minutes to get there rather than get them to answer the phone. The phone rang the first time for 3+ minutes before it hung up. The second time I called someone answered and put me on hold for 11 minutes and 54 seconds to answer a basic question. That's crazy! I understand they were probably busy but it would've been easier to let me ask my question, then put me on hold. I could've asked, them answer and the conversation be over with.”
“Lakyah at the pharmacy was so helpful!!! She saved me money by pointing out some of the OTC drugs I was buying were not necessary since I was getting a different drug. She went out of her way to point this out and cancel my order so I could eliminate the redundant meds. I wish everyone treated their work with that level of care!!! Thank you!!”
