Edit: Chuck is the type of guy who has 0 empathy for his employees when it comes to personal life and will tell them "Well, was it really broken into if you left the doors unlocked?"
Do not work for this man.
Was a mom and pop shop until some corporate big wigs came and bought them out. They've fired a ton of their long standing employees, and now they just hire temps that don't stay. You might as well go to Home Depot or Lowes cause you're not supporting local business anymore. Horrible.

So thankful that we used Orgain Building to install our cabinets and countertops. Bobby was very helpful and kind through the whole process. I appreciate all the accommodations that were made for me to have my perfect kitchen. We are planning j using them again for our bathroom vanity remodel in the future.

My order was done incorrectly. The install was set for Dec 14. Half of the items were installed once they noticed the mess up on their end. Now here we are are Jan 25 and still waiting on all my products. The communication has not been kept keeping me updated on the progress. I have had to call in and the update doesn’t changed. Keep in mind I had to pay the full cost upfront back in September. I don’t like this business requires full payment upfront before the job is done. Won’t be using them again.

I would not recommend this company. My husband and I bought a brand new home and Orgains had installed our laminate flooring. There was a piece that had been damage during the build and they put a quarter size patch work of putty to cover it. Mind you, this damage piece of flooring was in my main walk way so it was very noticeable. Their fix was to cut that piece out and slab another in. Well, with floating flooring that is installed being connected to each other, this new piece had gaps on all sides. Long story short, they were back four times due to this band aid repair and threw wood glue in the gaps and sledge hammered the other pieces to this new piece of flooring to make sure it stuck. While sledge hammering it I now have a bowed piece of flooring and the put a ton of putty to cover the rest of the gaps. In regards to the bowed piece they said it's the joist under when there was NO bowed piece prior to their cheap fix. All while the flooring manager told me to put a rug over it to not focus on how it looked. I now have a brand new house and a cheap looking fix.

I came there expecting to replace an exterior door because the glass frame broke. I was looking at a $500 expense. I spoke with Charlie about my problem and he told me that I can replace just the glass and frame for $120! I went home, took measurements and called him. He had the warehouse pull the part and it was waiting for me when I came back right before closing. He walked me through everything that I needed to do and saved me $380! I will recommend them for anyone who needs home improvement items. Thanks Charlie!
