We just finished the event at the Cardinal room and let me just say it was a blast though I left the Coordination of the event to my 18 year old daughter that wanted to handle it and you know how kids sometimes forget and yes she forgot alot and I mean alot and wasn't fully prepared though this was a good lesson for her to plan things on paper and not just trying to remember everything March 30th at 4-10pm was perfect timing and the lady that was working help us out throughout the whole way with things that were needed that my child forgot without her quick help and easy going attitude (cause we know how kids can be loud and a bit of a nuisance sometimes) we were able to have a great 18th birthday party to remember. We will definitely use this venue in the future for our other daughter thank you again it was a great learning experience for us to in what to expect. The woman also help with set up as well which helps direct the you adults to set up and break down quickly with ease plus it was very affordable as well.

Decorations are a bit antiquated. Pricing seems a bit high for what you get. The other coworking space downtown seems to offer a bit more.

After finding out that our pre-booked baby shower venue had been double booked and being notified of the issue on the day of our event, we were frantically trying to find a new venue. Office Now saved the day. They got us in for a visit and to sign the contract within an hour of our call and went above and beyond to assure that our event went off without a hitch. If you need a space for an event, LOOK HERE FIRST! We will definitely use them for all future events.

We were very pleased with the services provided by Elizabeth and the staff of the Frances Lee Event Service. Elizabeth was very accommodating in every way. The facility can be rented for an excellent, affordable rental fee. I certainly recommend the facility to anyone needing an event space. Thanks, Elizabeth for everything!

Elizabeth has been a wonderful property manager for the office, and always treats her guests and tenants with the upmost respect and willingness to help them with whatever issue they come across in the building. I have found myself in many situations where she has come to the rescue, even on her time off when she is not in the office. She has always been just a call away for anything I have needed. It’s very reassuring to know that this building has such an attentive and supportive staff and property manager that makes sure every day everyone is taken care of.

Very nice place and if you enter through the main entrance there's a very sweet receptionist that greets you and makes sure that you get to the suite that you're looking for. This is a very smart business model, own one building with a bunch of offices that are then leased out. The building and offices appear to be well kept.
