Had my card stolen and used! Processed my fraud claim and Navy federal assisted as soon as possible and put the funds right back into my account! I knew my money was secured with navy federal!

Why is your ATM always down? Is there something im missing seems ever time I have to travel to Wilma to do my deposit. I'm tired of having to drive further just to do my deposit.

Had a cashier check ready to be picked up from the bank showed up at 17:05. Which I understand is passing closing, but it would of taken 1 min to verify my I.D and hand over my check that I need to pay for rent. I don’t get out of work till late sometime. I thought Navy Federal was all about servicing the service member.

Everyone working here has been extremely courteous and helpful when I stop in for business. I’ve never waited for more than 5 minutes when I come in. Most of the time I walk right in and am served immediately.I have not applied for any loans or mortgages or done more than routine banking so I cannot speak about those types of transactions. But despite that process in particular, the folks I have encountered would be very forthright in helping you and are genuinely interested in the best possible outcome for you. I recommend this location.

Kathy's help allowed setting up an account and getting a new soldier who's in processing into the unit a breeze. From the moment she greeted us to explaining the benefits and resources Navy Fed has to offer. She explained the savings program in great depth which was something he was very interested in and met his financial goals with investments. It's people like Kathy that help bridge the gap between businesses and the help make the community feel like family. Definitely bringing our new soldiers to this branch when they need new banking.

I like navy federal especially the one on wilma, but this location is a joke. They get mad if you want to use another bank to make a payment on a loan, their attitudes (minus the receptionist) is terrible, they get mad when you ask legitimate questions. Personally if you can afford to take the drive I’d go to the one on wilma, they’re so much nicer, quicker, and don’t mind if you use another bank to make a payment on a loan.

Everyone in this branch was wonderful to us! We just moved from Washington state to Nashville, TN. We had a terrible move experience with shady movers and we had to drive the hour to Clarksville twice in 2 days to try to get it situated. So, I was already in a foul mood. Before we drove up the second day, I called to make sure we were going to be able to do what I needed done. In the time it took me to drive up there one of the girls had made us a little card welcoming us to the area and it just seemed to make everything ok. Little kindnesses go a long way. So, thank you to the girls at this branch.

Very slow customer.Waited for around 20 minutes to address mortgage issue. Eventually gave up and went home. So many more banks with more hustle and "actually care" attitude. The staff are friendly, it is the management I am unhappy with. Update - same thing I was waiting for in the branch for 20 minutes got resolved over the phone in 5 minutes from start to finish.

Just got station near Fort Campbell, re-opened an old navy federal account I had 11 years ago. My representative (Brittney) Took great care of me, I could not have asked for any better customer service. I also got a loan while I was there, the process was super smooth and easy, and quick. Will definitely be using this bank a lot.

I am a fairly new member, joined because I heard service was great. Unfortunately not for me. The mobile app constantly crashes in the middle of transactions. The website is constantly telling me it can't complete the transaction and times out, but when I log back in the transaction has been done. I made an appointment to begin a mortgage loan application at my branch but when I showed up it was pushes back an hour because the person I needed to see took a late lunch. When I did meet with them the told me they were not a loan officer, there were none in my area and after going over possible rates they gave me a toll free number to call. I called yesterday and waited 45 min for a representative only to have the call drop 2 min into the conversation. No call back. I called again this morning and literally sat listening to hold music for 1 hour and 12 min before I hung up. I will be going to another financial institution today to open accounts someplace where I at least confident I can get something done.

Love that they have this navy fed , instead of having to drive all the way to fort Campbell Blvrd I can just drop in right here and it's 5 mins from me vs 20!
