Help was lazy and didn't want to help save money. Was sitting in a chair spread eagle with legs in the air when I walked in seeking a new phone with upgrade only to find that the upgrade saves no money whatsoever anymore. Actually costs more then when I got a new number six months ago and there's little to no cost savings as a new customer now . This company sucks

So let me tell ya, in all my years of being a metro customer I have never had such amazing service!!!! Myra as well as Morgan took care of my all my issues and upgrades like the true professionals they are!!!! I will never use any other store other than theirs... They are top notch 100%, thank you lady's for all that you have done for me!!!!!

Store employees are amazing! However, the company has a great many issues along with ACP issues. I am not sure if the problem exists with this company or if the issue is with the AFFORDABILITY CONECTIVITY PROGRAM ITSELF

I CAME INTO METROPCS THIS MORNING TO PORT OVER A NUMBER AND THE LADIES WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND OUTSTANDING WORKERS WHO GET THINGS DONE AS WELL DO THERE JOB TO THE FULLEST WITHOUT QUESTIONS AND THIS STORE IS OUTSTANDING WITH THERE 2 FEMALE STAFF WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS STORE AND I WILL BE BRINGING FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THIS STORE LOCATION

Excellent service, the girls took great care of me, they helped me with everything, we left with two phones and they showed us many internet tablet offers, it's a pleasure to go to this business, super grateful for the attention and service, they gave me an incredible bag, thank you ?

Simple issue could not be solve here. The lady doesnt know how to activate a unlock phone. And keep saying my phone cant be used by Metro. I have to customer service to do it. Its easy only take 5 min. Employee should have better trainning
