Every time I come into this store a man named Michael helps me and I seriously wouldn't know how to even work my phone if it wasn't for him. He is seriously the only person I ever want to deal with when I come to metro. It's always a great experience going to this store. Michael has once again kept Metro a very happy customer.

I came in last week with a broken phone. I bought a new one from the employee up there Michael. We couldn't recover my important information because my screen was shattered so Michael actually recommended me to a cheap repair place nearby to fix my screen so we could recover. Got the fixed phone today and took it in to have everything transferred. Michael had 4 phones in his hand taking care of 3 different customers at once. He took my new phone and old one and took care of everything. Got all my info switched over and he's always such a nice guy. Seriously a pleasure. I hope someone important sees these reviews cuz I don't ever leave reviews, but this one was worth it. Thanks again Mike!

A young man named Michael helped me at this location today and he was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me with even the smallest details! I hope that the manager of this store sees this because not only did his help keep a loyal customer happy, but in telling people about my trip there today has earned 2 new customers in the future as they plan to now switch over once they end thier contract with Verizon!

Hands down best customer service experience I've had in a very long time!! Michael was attentive and very knowledgeable about all devices! He answered all of our questions and listened to what we were looking for in a phone. I didnt feel rushed or pressured into buying just the next best thing. I did purchase an iphone 11 for my sons bday and Will be returning to purchase 2 more new phones from Michael very soon! Awesome guy! Thanks so much!
