Nice place. However, the only thing they have to do with T-Mobile is the use of their towers. I couldn't get the phone I wanted unless I switched to Metro.

Gentleman was kind and helpful however it's extremely disappointing that a new phone WITH AN UPGRADE IS 20 LESS THAN A NEW PHONE AND 209 FOR A 5G IF I GET A NEW NUMBER.. what is the point of an upgrade if the replacement is almost full retail????

It was actually a very surprising experience. I wasn't very happy with some service a few years back so I've avoided that store until now. When I went in there the new people that are working there were very nice very helpful very courteous and aimed to please. I was very happily surprised. Thank you
