I don't know anything about the collision center, but I can say for sure that if you're trying to get anything managed regarding your Budget/Avis rental to not stop here.The man at the counter was borderline hostile treating myself and my partner like we were idiots for even asking for what we were needing, which was just adding an additional driver to our car. He then told that it wasn't possible, and then started going on a rant about terrorists using rental cars to blow things up.Meanwhile, we called the Budget/Avis back in Nashville where we came from, and had our issue easily resolved in minutes.
