Purchased a mattress along with two pillows and mattress protector from the store manager at this location on a Sunday. Was told our mattress would definitely be available by Wednesday, which it was. Got the text to come pick up the mattress, showed up and the doors were locked with lights on and no one would answer the phone, even the numbers we were given to reach out for any questions or open the door. No big deal, came back the next day after missing another day of work just to find out that the store once again is locked with lights on. The manager was able to text me to let me know my mattress was in and could come pick it up, but couldn’t message me to let me know the store would be closed on both days I was told I could get my mattress. So this means, another day of missing work, making another trip all the way out of my way, using more gas and sleeping on the floor again with my newborn baby. This is such an inconvenience and waste of time. I understand things happen and things come up, but at least reach out to people and let them know what’s going on before they have to go through what we had to experience. I will definitely be getting in touch with someone over this. Do better ?
*wouldn’t even give this store one star but had to in order to post. Saddest part, it was the manger who were dealing with.

Great service, good deals. Just an all around really pleasant experience. I told Taylor what I wanted and he fulfilled every requirement and then some. It was a pleasure doing business with you. If anyone is looking for a new bed, go to Mattress Firm Fort Campbell.

My experience here was beyond excellent. Was greeted instantly and with a smile. The salesman listened to exactly what I wanted, could afford and when I needed it.
I was shown only mattresses in my price range with zero hard sales for anything higher. Didn't even try to talk me into a pillow lol.
The store was clean, delivery times reasonable. Was even offered bottled water but when asked if I preferred cold or room temperature I swear I felt like leaving a tip... :D
The best part is how I was treated when I needed to exchange for a larger bed. The manager Taylor at the Fort Campbell Blvd. location was understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have zero negative things to say about my experience or him. Fantastic service?
