Don't go near Mathews. Sold me dangerous used car with bad fuel injectors and missing parts that put my life and life of my family in danger. Refused to negotiate. Standing behind Tennessee's strict used car laws. I share partial responsibility by using a mobile used car inspection service and not a BMW specialist. But no way that car should have been sold in condition it was in. Looking at $4K initial repair bill to get car safe to drive. Run the other way.

The maintenance service is unbelievably S...L...O...W... Zero sense of urgency. Clear your schedule for basic services like an oil change and inspection. My last one took 3.5 hours. I've owned vehicles from Toyota, Ford, Dodge, and Cadillac - Nissan is by far the worst from a service perspective. I'll never buy another Nissan because of it.

Great price on tires, cheapest quote by far out of everywhere we checked in town. Great service as well. The reason for the one star review is we just got 4 new tires for our Nissan rogue, it's my wife's car so everything is under her name. Guy threw in an $80 tire alignment without first checking with us. Didn't even mention it at checkout. When I went back to ask why they would do that the guy replied with "well, your ticket was so cheap I didn't think it'd be that big of a deal!". The man took away my decision to spend my money and when asked if he could make it right there was nothing he could do. I love this place and have been a loyal customer but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'd warn anyone who goes here about the mechanics and I'd make sure to check the receipt before you pay.

Such a rip off in the ass. The blue book says my car was worth twice as much as what they offered for me to sales it for.... Also services was done horribly. They put a lot of critical things on my inspection when it was only two. I took it to another Nissan dealership and they only found 2 things wrong not 8 things like this company did! I brought my car to the shop for service next day it won't even turned on. Idk what they did to my battery but they did something so I could come more out of pocket. Never going here again.. don't trust the lm at all... I've never had problem with my car turning on until I went here...

If incompetence was a business it would be NISSAN! I purchased a NEW car from the dealership and everything was fine...until shortly afterwards it wasn't. I started having issues with my vehicle January 2023. I've returned my car not once, not twice not three times but four times!!At this point I've been without my car since 3/23/23!! An engineer was called in to access the problem and couldn't figure it out. Honestly I'm at my wits end with them! Can I give infinity zero stars???

Overall good service, they took like 1 hour & 30 min just to do an oil change. I don't know much about cars but I guess that's what it is

This place took my down payment and said I was financed my large down payment and i ended up going through a few banks and was never fonac after being told several times the deal is done and also getting several hits on my moms credit as well as my own with out any notification that the banks was coming off the loans to finally returning the car on my free will and being told I owed them a car payment even though no one financed the car I owed for mileage on a car that I thought was mine to drive freely and car detailing when it wasn't detailed when I got it they tried to keep a large amount of my deposit they did come down on what I owed but not understanding why I owed anything when nothing that happen at this dealership was any fault of my own the sales man was great but the finance department has no idea what they are doing and I shouldn't have to pay for that I'm very disappointed in this lot to say the least

Look at other Jeep's ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE MEMBER I am Active Duty Army and so is my little sister who wrote this review! Unprofessional and inaccurate. For my dealer to be a PRIOR SERVICE SERGEANT he shouldn't have had such a flippant attitude towards a CURRENT active service member. Dealership fees on the website advertisement was in the $600s , I went to the dealership and it became $842. Did not honor their website whatsoever. MY DEALER I had the appointment with, had an untrained member that had no information on the vehicle show me the car, and was not prepared for my appointment. After test driving when I discussed my loan. He felt the way for him to help me buy the car was seeing if I could get a higher loan with a higher interest rate. They cut the dealership lights off and locked all doors told me to have a "nice night" while we were discussing the Jeeps price after I wanted them to consider dropping the price for what the car was actually WORTH. They price gouged the down payment saying "2000" , then "2100". Then assumed putting money down was an issue because I did not agree with them upping that price. Made smart comments about the fact my wishes weren't to pay over my loan. Spoke on the fact I don't pay sales tax because I am active duty and that's a reason I shouldn't discuss on talking the car down and THAT is my "DISCOUNT". When the state is the reason I pay no taxes NOT that the dealership is willing to work for my business at all. I did my research on the vehicle with the Dealerships most trusted website for a valuation since they base their dealer retail price on NADA and it was still way less than what they were willing to sell the car for. The price for a fully loaded, well kept vehicle was still way under what they were willing to discuss with me. They were aware that I did my research and wasn't willing to discuss the things that did not make sense to me based on THEIR website information and everything they were saying.

There are very few salesmen that are down to earth people who actually want to help you. I have witnessed upper management verbally harass multiple employees and physical fights break out amongst coworkers. Seems they spend more time being rude and hateful towards their employees than worry about their customers actually getting the service they ask for. I had a routine oil change and "inspection" done and they left me with no windshield wipers on a rainy day. I don't feel comfortable being in the building let alone trusting them with any of my business!

I cannot say enough about Mike! He helped me when Murphy's law was in full effect and gave me the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. I had an issue arise with my Armada and Mike truly went above and beyond, exceeding all of my expectations. My husband was across the country and Mike ensured him he would take care of my vehicle so I wouldn't face the issues I had been. He personally oversaw the work on my vehicle and kept me updated. The fact that they had someone drive to my home, take my vehicle and leave me one just in case was just outstanding. As a mother I cannot tell you how much that means and the convenience of such service. Thank you Mike!

Scammers the service department. My back door stop working so took my vehicle to dealer and they say that I have to pay $500 to fix it told the guy I have extended warranty and he said that he doesn't see that I went to my car and grab the paper and show it to him and they did the service for free never come back to this place .

This dealership is a piece of crap. I am an infiniti owner. I am a gentleman. I approached with kindness. I told them i was willing to pay to put powersteering fluid in my infiniti. I called then and they told me that they have the fluid. When I got there they kept passing me around. The service advisor is worthless. The parts department guy was useless. The cashier waa doing her job but I didn't expect her to know much. It sucks because Infiniti would never treat me this way. Please don't get your car serviced here unless you want to work with buffoons.
