Will is an awesome dude, I really think he deserves to have a name tag not just a label on his shirt. In all my years in management he has struck me as a model employee thats going places! Maybe not there but PLACES!!

They make people wait over 10 minutes due to "shift change"! What kind of craziness is this??? Bad management practice. Making people waiting at a gas station at midnight just makes no sense.
