Brought my company truck in for an oil change after a bad experience at a dealership in Hopkinsville, and I was astounded ? by the amazingly quick and efficient service I received at LR Harper. From the moment I walked in, to the time I walked out, everyone was extremely friendly ? and helpful, and definitely could tell they are customer focused. Brought my car in due to throttle body issues and since I had another form of transportation we told them no rush getting to it. They had it diagnosed and fixed within two days! Great energy at this place! We will take our vehicles here for any maintenance needs going forward. Thank you for getting my vehicle back on the road and for the excellent service.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! I was desperate to get my husband’s AC fixed (after taking it somewhere else and being told it was fixed only to have it blowing hot again by the time we got it home). Poor Justin is so busy you can’t even park in the parking lot, but he still allowed me to bring the truck in and got to it as quickly as he could and called me every step of the way to let me know the price and even worked with me as I asked him over the phone to add more things (oil change and some tire stuff) to my invoice. He called me several times about concerns I expressed before he began the repairs to explain what he’d found and told me what I thought would fix one issue was not the correct fix therefore he was not going to do that work because he didn’t want to charge me for it if it wouldn’t fix the problem! He is so honest, so patient, and SO fairly priced! And he supports our military with a thankful attitude!! If you need anything looked at for a vehicle, this is your place!

My husband and I were traveling from Florida to Illinois when our truck started having issues. This place was recommended to us and were so happy it was. Justin was extremely helpful in making sure we understood the problem with the truck and working with us to help keep cost down and still get us back on the road as soon as possible. We don't live near Clarksville but if we did we would certainly be using LR Automotive for any car maintenance we need.

My partner and I were on a road trip and visiting friends when we had some trouble with our truck. Our friends sent us to see Justen and Amber and I'm so glad they did! They went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out and get us back on the road. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, they were super efficient, and were so patient with all our questions and concerns. I totally suggest giving them a call and checking them out! Wish there were more mechanics like Justen.
