plexiglass cutting station is apparently out of order. I had to buy more tools to try and cut a large sheet myself. the sheet ended up shattering. $100 down the drain for the sheet. 250 for the tool that didn't work and shattered it all. I've also been attempting to obtain some landscape lighting here and they never have had what I need to get the job done. Lowes was a long time favorite for me but lately they have let me down time after time - but now, they are costing me money with their shortfalls.

Jst spnt another 1:38 mins on hold trying find out if I could buy a door closer at ths facility. 1:38 mins??!! And the whole time the digital recording kept saying " we are working to answer your call" whch is "Bogus" twice in two weeks? Really!? You hv really got to do better!

Jenna in the garden center saved my butt today. Went shopping for a bunch of rock and top soil, loaded it all on the flat cart and went to check out only to realize I left my wallet at home. Thankfully she asked if I had Apple Pay on my phone which I know nothing about but my kids loaded it on my phone so I did have it. Jenna walked me through how to use it and I checked out with ease. She saved me at least an hour of my time and headache from going home to get my wallet.
